香港男子涉販毒就逮
本局於2018年4月24日接獲澳門海關轉交一宗運毒案，涉案香港男子將40.6克分裝成120小包的可卡因藏於褲袋內，經澳門外港碼頭入境接受海關人員檢查時，突然取出毒品掉在地上，海關人員遂將其拘捕並交予本局調查。
涉案男子供稱受一名香港男子指使，將毒品偷運來澳轉交另一名男子，事成後可獲得5,000港元報酬；案中檢獲毒品約值13.5萬澳門元。本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將該名涉案男子移送檢察院處理。
Hong Kong man arrested for involvement in drug trafficking
On 24th April 2018, the Judiciary Police received a case of drug smuggling referred by the Macao Customs Service. The involved Hong Kong man had hidden 40.6 grams of cocaine, which was packaged in 120 small packs, in the pocket of his pants. When he entered Macao through the Macao Outer Harbour Terminal and was subjected to the inspection of the Macao Customs Service’s personnel, he suddenly took out the drug and discarded it on the floor. The Macao Customs Service personnel thus arrested him and transferred him to the Judiciary Police.
The involved man confessed that he was instructed by a Hong Kong man to smuggle the drug to Macao and deliver it to another man, and would have been rewarded HKD5,000 had he successfully completed the task. The drug seized in the case was worth approximately MOP135,000. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved individual to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
Homem de HK detido por tráfico de estupefacientes
A Polícia Judiciária, em 24 de Abril de 2018, recebeu um caso de tráfico de droga transferido pelos Serviços de Alfândega de Macau. Conforme consta, um homem de Hong Kong ocultou nos bolsos das calças 40,6 gramas de cocaína divididos em 120 pacotes, ao ser inspeccionado pelo pessoal da Alfândega durante a chegada no Terminal Marítimo do Porto Exterior, tirou de repente a droga e deitou-a para o chão, ficou assim detido e foi encaminhado para a PJ.
O detido declarou ter sido nomeado por um homem também de Hong Kong, para trazer a droga para Macau e entregá-la ao outro homem, ainda disse que iria ser recompensado com 5.000 HKD. Apurou-se que a droga apreendida vale aproximadamente 135 mil patacas. O indivíduo foi presente ao MP por tráfico de estupefacientes.
