拘獲六名詐騙嫌犯
一名香港外幣找換公司職員於2018年4月18日來澳，到皇朝區一間食店與兩名男子進行交易，其將161.4萬元人民幣轉帳至對方的內地銀行帳戶，兩名男子訛稱到店外吸煙，當事主尾隨二人步出時，二人突然登上一輛的士逃走，事主攔截其中一人時，遭另外三名男子強行拉走，讓車上二人逃脫；事主遂追截三名男子，當追至本局博彩罪案調查處時向本局人員求助，本局人員迅速將三人截獲。
調查發現，上述犯罪團伙由六人組成，除上述五名涉案人士外，尚有一人負責接載及兌換贓款。本局人員於同日晚上分別在黑沙環區及路氹城區再拘捕同案其餘三人，並在娛樂場某貴賓廳、涉案人身上及涉案人家屬的車內搜獲195萬港元贓款。本局對上述六名涉案男子控以詐騙（相當巨額）罪和犯罪集團罪，其中兩人分別被加控偽造具特別價值文件罪及非法再入境罪，俱移交檢察院處理。
Six fraud suspects apprehended
An employee of a currency exchange company in Hong Kong came to Macao on 18th April 2018, conducting a transaction with two men in a restaurant in the NAPE district. After he had transferred RMB1,614,000 to their mainland bank account, the duo falsely claimed to smoke outside the restaurant. When the victim followed them outside, they suddenly got into a taxi and fled. While trying to intercept one of them, the victim was forcibly dragged off by three other men to let the duo in the car flee. The victim then chased after the three men, and it was not until he reached the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police and sought help from the personnel that the trio was finally intercepted.
Investigation revealed that the abovementioned criminal gang was formed by six persons. Apart from the five aforementioned involved individuals, there was another person responsible for pick up and exchanging the illicit proceeds. The personnel of the Judiciary Police further apprehended three men in the Areia Preta district and the Cotai district respectively on that night. At the same time, illicit proceeds of HKD1,950,000 was seized from a VIP room of a casino, from the involved person and from the car of the involved person’s family member. The Judiciary Police transferred the six involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (considerably huge amount) and criminal syndicate, with two men further charged with falsification of documents of special value and illegal re-entry respectively.

Um funcionário de uma casa de câmbios de Hong Kong, veio a Macau, em 18 de Abril de 2018, para efectuar uma negociação com dois homens, num restaurante da zona do NAPE. Transferiu 1,614,000 de RMB para a conta bancária chinesa de um deles, os dois indivíduos, com o pretexto de ir fumar, saíram do restaurante, o lesado seguiu-os, mas eles apanharam um táxi e tentaram fugir. Quando a vítima conseguiu agarrar um deles, foi agarrado por outros três homens, assim os dois acabaram por conseguir fugir. O lesado seguiu estes três até as proximidades da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionamento com o Jogo, aí pediu a ajuda do nosso pessoal e os três foram detidos.
Na investigação, apurou-se que este grupo era composto por 6 elementos, além dos cínico acima referidos, existia ainda um outro que estava encarregado do transporte e troca do dinheiro roubado. Na mesma noite, outros três foram detidos, respectivamente, na zona de Areia Preta e do Cotai. Foi ainda apreendido um total de 1,950,000 de HKD numa sala VIP, na posse dos suspeitos e no veículo da família. Os 6 foram presentes ao MP por burla de valor elevado e associação criminosa, dois deles foram ainda acusados por falsificação de documento de especial valor e reentrada ilegal, respectivamente.
