搗破毒品派對 查獲24男女
本局於2018年4月1日凌晨接報，有人在新口岸區某娛樂場酒店夜總會房間進行毒品交易，房內亦有多人吸食毒品。本局隨即派員到場調查，拘捕涉販毒的內地男子，並查獲23名內地及韓國籍男女，搜出1.92克“冰”毒、八粒麻古、36.56克“咖啡粉”、0.4克氯胺酮及大量吸食工具，毒品約值4.2萬澳門元。
鑑於有強烈跡象顯示被捕男女曾參加毒品派對，本局依法對該等人士進行尿液檢驗，證實其中16人對毒品呈陽性反應，故分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具及設備罪、身份的虛假聲明罪將24人一併移送檢察院處理。
Drug party busted with 24 persons apprehended
The Judiciary Police received a complaint in the wee hours of 1st April 2018, claiming that somebody was conducting drug transaction inside a room of a casino hotel nightclub located at the ZAPE area, with many people consuming drugs inside the room. Officers were immediately dispatched to the scene for investigation. A Mainland man was arrested for involvement in drug trafficking, while another 23 Mainland and Korean men and women were intercepted. Drugs worth of around MOP42,000, which included 1.92 grams of “ice”, 8 pieces of magu, 36.56 grams of “coffee powder”, 0.4 gram of ketamine, and a large quantity of drug consuming tools were seized.
There were significant signs indicating that the arrested men and women had participated in the drug party, therefore urine tests were imposed on them in accordance with the law, among which 16 persons were tested positive to drugs. The 24 persons were transferred altogether to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensils and equipment, and false identity declaration respectively.

A Polícia Judiciária recebeu na madrugada de 1 de Abril de 2018 uma denúncia que indicava uso de droga num clube nocturno de um casino do NAPE, foram enviados investigadores ao local. Na operação, foi detido um homem por tráfico e 23 outras pessoas, da China continental e da Coreia, tendo sido apreendidos 1,92 gramas de “ice”, 8 comprimidos de maku, 36,56 gramas de “café em pó”, 0,4 gramas de quetamina e muitos instrumentos para consumo. A droga apreendida foi avaliada em cerca de 42 mil patacas.
Atendendo à existência de fortes indícios que os detidos tenham participado na festa com droga, foram todos submetidos, nos termos da lei, aos testes a urina. Foi confirmado que 16 deles apresentavam reacções positivas à droga. Todos estes 24 detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas, detenção indevida de utensílio e equipamento e falsas declarações sobre a identidade.
