十男女涉販吸毒就逮
本局接獲情報，指一名本澳男子伙同一名越南籍女子在大三巴區販毒，經深入調查後鎖定兩人身份及其住所
2018年3月26日，本局人員到上述單位進行部署，期間發現目標男子先後與另外兩名男子進行毒品交易，經截查後於三人身上搜獲1.65克“冰”毒及吸食工具。調查又截獲涉案越南籍女子，分別在其身上及住所搜出6.42克“冰”毒、六粒麻古、大量吸食及分拆毒品工具。本局人員隨後根據所掌握線索，到涉案單位附近街道及台山區某單位調查，再截獲六名涉案男女，搜出19.04克“冰”毒和吸毒工具，全部毒品約值九萬澳門元。
被捕男女分別承認販毒和吸毒，案中毒品是內地偷運來澳。本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具及設備罪、允許他人在公眾或聚會地方不法生產、販賣及吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將十人移送檢察院處理。
Ten men and women nabbed for involvement in trafficking and consuming drugs
The Judiciary Police received intelligence, indicating that a Macao man conspired with a Vietnamese woman to traffic drugs in the Ruins of St. Paul’s District. After in-depth investigation, the Judiciary Police identified the duo and their residence.
On 26th March 2018, personnel of the Judiciary Police carried out deployment at the aforesaid residential unit. During the course, it was found that the targeted man carried out drug trades with two other men successively. 1.65 grams of “ice” and drug paraphernalia were seized from the trio after interception. Investigation also led to the interception of the involved Vietnamese woman. 6.42 grams of “ice”, 6 “magu” pills, and a large quantity of drug paraphernalia for consumption and division were seized from her and her residence respectively. Based on the leads, personnel of the Judiciary Police subsequently carried out an investigation at the streets near the involved residential unit, as well as at a residential unit in the Toi San District. Six other involved men and women were intercepted, while 19.04 grams of “ice” and drug paraphernalia were seized. Altogether the drugs worth a total of around MOP90,000.
The arrested men and women admitted to have trafficked and taken drugs respectively. The drugs in this case were smuggled into Macao from the mainland. The ten individuals were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges such as illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensils and equipment, as well as permitting others to engage in illicit production, trafficking and consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in public or assembly areas.

A PJ recebeu informações indicando que um homem de Macau, juntamente com uma mulher do Vietname, estaria a vender droga no bairro de São Paulo. Na investigação, foram identificados dois indivíduos e foi localizado o apartamento onde permaneciam.
No dia 26 de Março de 2018, os nossos agentes foram ao apartamento e efectuaram a vigilância. Nesta altura, o suspeito transaccionou droga com outros dois homens, assim, foi interceptado e foram encontrados 1,65 gramas de “ice” e alguns instrumentos para consumo na posse dos três indivíduos. Durante a investigação, foi ainda detida uma mulher do Vietname e foram apreendidos, na sua posse e no seu apartamento, 6,42 gramas de “ice”, 6 comprimidos de “Maku” e muitos instrumentos para consumir e dividir as doses. De acordo com as pistas obtidas, os nossos agentes efectuaram a investigação nas ruas próximas daquele apartamento e num apartamento no bairro de Toi San, onde foram detidas outras 6 pessoas e apreendidos 19,04 gramas de “ice” e alguns utensílios para consumo. O valor total da droga apreendida é de cerca de 90 mil patacas.
Os dois suspeitos confessaram os seus crimes. A droga vinha da China continental.Os 10 detidos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, respectivamente.
