與內地警方合作 速破持械搶劫案
2018年3月26日凌晨約3時，南灣大馬路某珠寶店發生持械搶劫案，劫匪佯裝顧客進入店舖，突然取出“電槍”電擊及重擊男店員頭部致其受傷倒地，再掠去40萬港元現金後逃去無蹤。
本局接報後隨即派員到場調查，在現場附近檢獲一支懷疑涉案“電槍”，並循作案人逃走路線追查，在附近公園的垃圾桶內發現作案人的衣服、手套和鴨舌帽。
本局經仔細調查後鎖定作案人為一名內地居民，隨即向內地公安機關通報有關案情，並要求協助緝捕作案人。廣東省公安廳馬上組織及指揮緝捕行動，又透過跨境警務協作機制指示珠海市公安局成立專案小組開展抓捕工作；經綜合偵查，發現作案人在案發後匿藏於中山市坦洲鎮一旅館，遂於3月27日凌晨2時許採取行動，成功抓獲作案人，並搜獲30餘萬港元贓款。
經初步訊問，作案人承認曾進行搶劫，目前被內地公安機關依法刑事拘留，與該案相關之調查工作將繼續進行。
Cooperated with the Mainland Police to swiftly crack armed robbery case
An armed robbery case happened inside a jewellery shop located at Avenida da Praia Grande around 3am on 26th March 2018. The robber pretended to be a customer and entered the shop, who suddenly took out a “stun gun” to defibrillate the male employee and then thumped his head, causing him to collapse on the floor with injuries. Then, the robber grabbed HKD400,000 cash forthwith and fled the scene.
Judiciary Police officers were immediately dispatched to the scene for investigation upon receipt of the report. A “stun gun”, suspected to be involved in this case, was found in the vicinity of the scene. In addition, our officers continued the investigation by tracking the escape route of the perpetrator. Clothes, gloves and a cap of the perpetrator were found inside a rubbish bin in a park nearby.
After our thorough investigation, a Mainland resident was identified as the perpetrator. The Judiciary Police immediately informed the Mainland Public Security Agency about this case, and requested assistance in the arrest of the perpetrator. The Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department instantly organised and commanded an arrest operation, instructing the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau, via the cross-border police cooperation mechanism, to establish a specialised group to deploy for the capture. The integrated investigation revealed that the perpetrator was hiding in a guest house located in Tanzhou town, Zhongshan City after the crime. As such, the arrest operation was carried out around 2am on March 27th, capturing the perpetrator successfully, with over HKD300,000 of stolen money seized.
The perpetrator admitted to have committed the robbery during the preliminary interrogation. Currently, the Mainland Public Security Agency imposed a criminal detention on the offender in accordance with the law, and will carry on the related investigation of this case.
Resolvido rapidamente um roubo com uso de armas em colaboração com a Polícia da RPC
Por volta das 3 horas da madrugada de 26 de Março de 2018, , houve um roubo com uso de armas numa loja de jóias na Avenida da Praia Grande. Oladrão, que fingiu ser cliente, entrou na loja, sacando de repente uma pistola eléctrica e agrediu um funcionário na cabeça, que acabou por cair no chão. O homem roubou 400 mil HKD e fugiu para parte incerta.
Nas buscas ao local do crime, encontrou-se nos arredores da loja, a pistola que supostamente tinha sido utilizada no roubo. Seguindo o itinerário de fuga, encontrou-se ainda a roupa, as luvas e o boné do autor, num caixote do lixo num jardim próximo.
No seguimento da investigação, conseguiu-se identificar o homem, da China continental. A PJ entrou em contactocom as autoridades policiais da RPC e pediu ajuda na sua detenção. A Directoria Provincial de Segurança Pública de Guangdong organizou e dirigiu a operação de imediato, através do mecanismo de coordenação policial transfronteiriça, a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai pôs em funcionamento uma equipa especial para desencadear a captura; Na sequência de uma análise abrangente, descobriu-se que o suspeito, após o roubo, tinha-se escondido numa pensão do distrito de Tanzhou, na cidade de Zhongshan. A polícia entrou em acção pelas 2 horas de madrugada 27 de Março, o indivíduo foi detido com uma quantia de mais de 300 mil HKD.
No interrogatório preliminar, ele confessou o roubo e foi detido no âmbito de um processo penal pelas autoridades policiais da RPC, conforme a lei. Este caso continua a ser investigado.
