偵破協助偷渡集團 拘兩蛇頭
本局接獲情報,指有協助偷渡集團租用路環區某酒店房間作為窩點,以便收容非法入境者及安排偷渡活動,經調查後於2018年3月21日晚上採取行動,分別在氹仔機場大馬路及上述酒店房間拘捕兩名蛇頭及八男四女非法入境者,部份人士曾拒捕及逃走,最終被本局人員制服。
據查,涉案偷渡集團作案至少兩周,收取每名非法入境者一萬至二萬元人民幣不等的偷渡費。本局對兩名涉案男子控以協助(非法入境)、收容、犯罪集團等三項罪,連同12名非法入境者一併移送檢察院處理。
Syndicate assisting illegal immigration cracked with 2 snakeheads arrested
The Judiciary Police received intelligence indicating that a syndicate which assisted illegal immigration had rented a hotel room in Coloane as a hideout, so as to provide shelter for illegal immigrants and arrange illegal immigration activities. After investigation, an operation was carried out on the evening of 21st March 2018. Two snakeheads, as well as 8 male and 4 female illegal immigrants were arrested at Avenida do Aeroporto in Taipa and at the aforesaid hotel room respectively. Some of the involved persons had resisted arrest and attempted to flee, but were subdued by the personnel of the Judiciary Police eventually.
According to the investigation, the involved human smuggling syndicate had been perpetrating crimes for at least two weeks, and had charged each illegal immigrant a smuggling fee ranging from RMB10,000 to RMB20,000. The two involved men were charged with three offences such as assistance (illegal immigration), providing shelter and criminal syndicate, and they were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office together with the 12 illegal immigrants.

A PJ recebeu informações indicando que uma rede de auxílio à imigração ilegal estaria a alugar um quarto de hotel na zona do Coloane como base para acolher imigrantes ilegais e organizar actividades nesse âmbito. Na noite de 21 de Março de 2018, os nossos agentes entraram em acção e detiveram dois cabecilhas e 12 imigrantes ilegais (8 homens e 4 mulheres) na Avenida do Aeroporto da Taipa e naquele quarto de hotel, respectivamente, alguns deles tentaram resistir e fugir, mas acabaram por ser imobilizados.
Segundo a investigação, a organização actuava há pelo menos duas semanas, recebendo 10 mil a 20 mil RMB por cada imigrante ilegal. Os dois cabecilhas foram acusados de auxílio (imigração ilegal), acolhimento e associação criminosa e foram presentes ao MP junto aos 12 imigrantes ilegais.
