三名香港男女涉販毒落網
本局早前接獲線報，指有香港販毒集團利用未成年人偷運毒品來澳售予夜場人士，經調查後鎖定其中一名香港青年的身份及其租住酒店。
2018年3月19日晚上，涉案青年前往漁翁街附近，行藏閃縮，本局人員遂上前截查，在其身上及租住酒店房間搜出16.21克可卡因，再根據線索於同日晚上在外港碼頭截獲一名香港青年及一名香港女童，並在女童身上搜出43.2克可卡因。前後搜獲的可卡因合共約值19萬澳門元。
兩名被捕香港男子均承認協助販毒集團販毒，涉嫌觸犯不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪；其中一名男子更因安排女童運毒，被控以同罪的加重情節；而涉案女童則按照“違法青少年教育監管制度”的規定被移送檢察院處理。
Three Hongkongers arrested for the involvement of drug trafficking
The Judiciary Police received a tip-off earlier, indicating that a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate was using minors to smuggle drugs into Macao to sell to nightclub goers. After investigation, one of the Hong Kong youths and the hotel he stayed in were identified.
On the evening of 19th March 2018, the involved youth went to the vicinity of Rua dos Pescadores, acting suspiciously. The Judiciary Police officers thus intercepted him, and found 16.21 grams of cocaine on him and in his hotel room. The Police then followed the leads and intercepted another Hong Kong youth and a Hong Kong girl at the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal on the evening of the same day. 43.2 grams of cocaine was seized from the girl. The cocaine seized on both occasions was worth approximately 190,000 patacas in total.
The two arrested Hong Kong youths admitted that they assisted the drug trafficking syndicate to commit the crime. They were suspected to have violated the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. Of which, the man who arranged the girl to traffic drugs was charged with aggravated circumstances of the crime, while the involved girl was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for handling in accordance with the “System of education and tutelage of juvenile offenders”.

A PJ recebeu informações acerca de uma rede criminosa de Hong Kong que teria recrutado menores para transportar a droga e vendê-la aos frequentadores dos estabelecimento nocturno de Macau. Conseguiu-se assim identificar um jovem e o hotel onde se encontrava.
Na noite de 19 de Março de 2018, o jovem deslocou-se à Rua dos Pescadores, agindo de forma evasiva e foi interceptado pelos nossos agentes. Na sua posse e no quarto que alugava, foram apreendidos 16,21 gramas de cocaínas. Seguindo ainda alguns indícios, na mesma noite, interceptou-se um outro jovem e uma rapariga, ambos de Hong Kong, no Terminal Marítimo do Porto Exterior, na posse da jovem foram apreendidos 43,2 gramas de cocaínas, num valor total de cerca de 190 mil patacas.
Os dois jovens detidos confessaram que estavam a trabalhar para uma rede de tráfico de droga. Estes são acusados de tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas; um deles, pelo facto de ter contratado uma menor para transportar a droga, enfrenta ainda uma agravante pelo mesmo crime. A rapariga, por sua vez, conforme os regulamentos do “Regime Tutelar Educativo dos Jovens Infractores”, foi entregue ao MP.
