偵破協助偷渡集團 拘一名內地男子
2018年3月16日清晨，本局在氹仔海洋花園大馬路調查一宗偷渡案件時，發現目標男子與一名男子形跡可疑，隨即上前將二人截獲。調查發現，涉案男子為偷渡集團成員，在本澳多次接送偷渡客，每次獲酬約1,000元人民幣；另一名男子為非法入境者，目前正被當局禁止入境，其獲犯罪集團協助從珠海乘船偷渡來澳，並支付1.3萬元人民幣偷渡費。本局以犯罪集團罪及協助（非法入境）罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理。
Syndicate assisting human smuggling busted, with a mainland man arrested
On the early morning of 16 March 2018, while investigating a human smuggling case at Avenida dos Jardins do Oceano in Taipa, the Judiciary Police found the targeted man and another man to be suspicious, thus both were intercepted immediately. Investigation revealed that the involved man was a human smuggling syndicate member, providing shuttle service to illegal immigrants on multiple occasions in Macao, for a reward of approximately RMB1,000 on each occasion. The other man, an illegal immigrant, being banned from entry currently by the authority, was assisted by the human smuggling syndicate to enter Macao illegally from Zhuhai by vessel, while paying RMB13,000 as the smuggling fee. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of criminal syndicate and assisting (illegal immigration).
Descoberta uma rede criminosa de auxílio à imigração ilegal e detido um homem da RPC
Na madrugada de 16 de Março de 2018, a PJ, durante a investigação de um caso de imigração ilegal na Avenida dos Jardins do Oceano da Taipa, detectou o homem, alvo da investigação, e um outro que tinha um comportamento suspeito, e assim, interceptou-os de imediato. Na investigação, descobriu-se que o primeiro era um membro de uma rede criminosa de imigração ilegal, que tinha trazido em várias ocasiões imigrantes ilegais para Macau e recebia mil RMB por cada transporte. O outro homem, por seu turno, é um imigrante ilegal que actualmente esta proibido de entrar em Macau, este conseguiu, com a ajuda da dita rede criminosa, entrar ilegalmente em Macau de barco, vindo de Zhuhai, pagou 13mil RMB para este transporte. O homem foi presente ao MP por associação criminosa e auxílio à imigração ilegal.
