偵破協助偷渡集團 拘六人
本局早前調查一宗協助偷渡案件時，發現涉案犯罪集團於新城E1區一帶偷運人蛇，隨即派員展開監視部署。2018年3月5日凌晨，本局人員發現有六名人士徒步前往氹仔北安碼頭方向，隨即上前將之截獲。
調查發現，其中一名涉案內地男子為偷渡集團成員，負責在本澳接送偷渡客，自今年2月底以來作案多次，至少接送逾20名偷渡客；其餘三男兩女為非法入境者，他們向犯罪集團支付1.2萬至1.5萬元人民幣偷渡費，從珠海乘船偷渡來澳，由涉案男子接送至賭場賭博。
本局對涉案男子控以犯罪集團罪及協助（非法入境）罪，連同五名非法入境者一併移送檢察院處理。
Syndicate assisting illegal immigration busted, with six persons apprehended
During the investigation of a case of assisting illegal immigration at an earlier time, the Judiciary Police discovered that the involved criminal syndicate had been smuggling illegal immigrants in the vicinity of the New Urban Zone E1. Officers were deployed forthwith to conduct surveillance. In the wee hours of 5th March 2018, our officers found that 6 persons were walking towards the Pac On Ferry Terminal in Taipa and therefore intercepted them immediately.
Investigation revealed that one of the involved mainland men was a member of the illegal immigration syndicate, responsible for transporting illegal immigrants in Macao. He had perpetrated the crime on several occasions since the end of February this year, transporting at least over 20 illegal immigrants. The remaining 5 persons (3 men and 2 women) were illegal immigrants, who had paid RMB12,000 to RMB15,000 as smuggling fee to the criminal syndicate. They entered Macao from Zhuhai illegally by boat and were transported by the involved man to casinos for gambling.
The involved man was charged with the offences of criminal syndicate and assistance (illegal entry), and was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office together with the 5 illegal immigrants.
Descoberta uma rede criminosa de auxílio à imigração ilegal e detidos 6 indivíduos
A PJ, durante a investigação de um caso de auxílio à imigração ilegal, apurou que uma rede criminosa estava a transportar imigrantes ilegais na zona E1 dos Novos Aterros Urbanos de Macau, assim, enviou alguns agentes para vigiar. Na madrugada de 5 de Março de 2018, descobriu-se que 6 indivíduos estavam a andar a pé em direcção ao Terminal Marítimo de Passageiros da Taipa, os agentes interceptaram-nos de imediato.
Na investigação, descobriu-se que um deles, proveniente da China continental, era um elemento daquela rede criminosa, encarregado de transportar os imigrantes ilegais. A partir de Fevereiro deste ano, actuou várias vezes e transportou pelo menos 20 imigrantes ilegais; os restantes interceptados, 3 homens e 2 mulheres, são imigrantes ilegais, que tinham pago àquela rede entre 12 mil a 15mil renmimbis por cada transporte, vieram de Zhuhai de barco e depois foram transportados para jogar nos casinos pelo membro da organização.
O detido foi acusado de organização criminosa e auxílio (imigração ilegal) e foi presente junto aos 5 imigrantes ilegais ao MP.
