男子涉加重盜竊被拘
2018年3月4日，本局接報中區某大型酒店一間手袋店的男職員盜竊約29.3萬港元公款，經調查後發現涉案男子於當值期間曾三次打開兩台收銀機盜取款項，再藉詞離開工作崗位並帶走贓款；涉案男子其後在賭博中輸清贓款，隨即逃離本澳。
3月5日早上，涉案男子經關閘口岸入境，本局在治安警察局協助下將其截獲。其承認犯案，本局以加重盜竊罪將其移送檢察院偵辦。
Man apprehended for aggravated theft
On 4th March 2018, the Judiciary Police received the report of a male employee embezzling HKD 293,000 from a handbag shop of a sizeable hotel in the Central district. Investigation revealed that the involved man had opened the two cash registers three times to steal the money during his shift, then left his workplace with various excuses to take away the embezzled money. He fled Macao after gambling away all the stolen money.
On the morning of March 5th, while the involved man was entering Macao via the Border Gate checkpoint, he was intercepted by the Judiciary Police under the assistance of the Public Security Police Force. He admitted to have committed the crime and was thus transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem por furto qualificado
Em 4 de Março de 2018, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia sobre o desvio de dinheiro, de cerca de 293.000 HK$, feito supostamente por funcionário de uma loja de malas de um hotel da zona central. Na investigação descobriu-se que durante o serviço, o suspeito furtou, por três vezes, dinheiro nas duas caixas e levou-o utilizando um pretexto para sair do seu posto de trabalho, e que saiu de Macau após ter perdido todo o dinheiro furtado ao jogo.
Na manhã do dia 5 de Março, quando o suspeito tentava entrar no Território pelas Portas do Cerco, foi detido com a colaboração do CPSP. O detido confessou o crime e foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado.
