拘獲一名盜竊嫌犯
2018年2月16日，本局接獲一名內地男子報案，稱來澳旅遊期間於中區一娛樂場酒店認識涉案內地女子，兩人一同賭博及用膳後返回事主的酒店房間，事主使用洗手間後發現涉案女子已離開，手袋內五萬港元不翼而飛，懷疑被其偷走。
本局展開調查後鎖定涉案女子身份，並查悉其作案後已逃離本澳。2018年2月22日，本局於涉案女子再度來澳時將其截獲，再揭發其涉及2015年6月另一宗同類案件，盜去另一名事主7.5萬港元籌碼。
涉案女子承認犯罪，全部贓款已在賭博中輸清。本局以加重盜竊罪將其移交檢察院偵辦。
Larceny suspect arrested
On 16th February 2018, the Judiciary Police received a report from a mainland man, who claimed to be acquainted with the involved mainland woman at a casino hotel in the central district when he was visiting Macao. The duo went back to the victim’s hotel room after gambling and dining together. After using the toilet, the victim found that the involved woman had left, and the HKD50,000 inside his handbag had vanished into thin air. The victim suspected that the money was stolen by the woman.
The Judiciary Police identified the involved woman after launching an investigation. It was also found that she had fled Macao after perpetrating the crime. On 22nd February 2018, she was intercepted by the Judiciary Police when she re-entered Macao. It was brought to light as well that she was involved in another similar case which took place in June 2015, when she stole another victim’s HKD75,000 of chips.
The involved woman admitted to have committed the crimes and all the booty was gambled away. She was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office by the Judiciary Police for the offence of aggravated larceny.
Detida uma mulher por alegado furto
Em 16 de Fevereiro de 2018, a Polícia Judiciária recebeu uma queixa de um homem da China continental, indicando que, durante a sua permanência em Macau, conheceu uma mulher da China continental num hotel-casino da zona central, e que os dois foram para o quarto do hotel do homem após terem jogado e depois da refeição. Depois do homem ter estado na casa de banho, descobriu que a mulher já tinha saído do quarto e que os 50 mil dólares de Hong Kong que estavam na mala tinham desaparecido, suspeitando que tivessem sido furtados por aquela mulher.
Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar a suspeita e apurar que já tinha saído do território após a actuação. No dia 22 de Fevereiro de 2018, a mulher foi detida quando tentava entrar em Macau. Foi descoberto ainda que estava envolvida num outro caso semelhante, ocorrido em Junho de 2015, em que furtou fichas no valor de 75 mil dólares de Hong Kong de uma outra vítima.
A detida confessou o crime e disse que tinha perdido todo o dinheiro furtado ao jogo, assim, foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado.
