女子涉加重盜竊及詐騙被拘
本局於2018年1月至2月期間先後接獲三名男事主報案，稱被一名內地女子盜竊現金、名錶及籌碼等財物，合共損失63.5萬港元。
本局查悉三宗案件屬同一名女子所為，其在娛樂場主動搭訕事主並一同賭博，隨後與事主到酒店房間休息，期間趁機進行盜竊。
本局人員於2018年2月7日在某娛樂場截獲涉案女子，其承認犯案，供稱盜取名錶後到押店典當，大部份贓款在賭博中輸掉。本局以加重盜竊、詐騙等罪將涉案女子送交檢察院偵辦。
Woman arrested for aggravated theft and fraud
The Judiciary Police successively received reports from three male victims between January and February 2018, stating that their belongings such as cash, valuable watches and casino chips were stolen by a mainland woman, incurring a total loss of HKD 635,000.
The Judiciary Police investigated the three cases, and found that they were conducted by the same woman, who actively approached the victims in casinos and gambled with them, then went to hotel rooms with the victims for a rest, and took the opportunity to steal.
Personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved woman in a casino on 7th February 2018. She admitted to committing the crime, and confessed that she had stolen valuable watches to pledge them in pawnshops; most of the money obtained had already been gambled away. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for offences such as aggravated theft and fraud.
Detida uma mulher por furto qualificado e burla
Entre Janeiro de Fevereiro de 2018, a Polícia Judiciária recebeu as denúncias de três homens indicando que uma mulher da China continental lhes tinha furtados dinheiro em numerário, um relógio de luxo e fichas, o prejuízo total foi de 635 mil dólares de Hong Kong.
Na investigação, apurou-se que os crimes foram todos praticados pela mesma mulher. No mesmo casino, abordou as vítimas, sucessivamente, jogou com cada um dos homens e depois foi ao quarto do hotel, aproveitando de uma oportunidade furtou-lhes os pertences.
No dia 7 de Fevereiro de 2018, os nossos agentes detiveram a suspeita num casino. A detida confessou o crime e admitiu que tinha penhorado o relógio, e que tinha perdido ao jogo a maior parte do dinheiro furtado, assim foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado e burla.
