搗破非法按摩單位 查獲九名女子
本局持續展開冬防行動，根據市民舉報及相關情報，於2018年2月7日派出30名刑事偵查員分別前往新橋、沙梨頭及北區合共六個住宅單位進行調查，查獲九名懷疑從事非法按摩的內地女子，並在單位內發現按摩油及大量毛巾。
九名內地女子承認在單位內從事非法按摩工作，暫未有跡象顯示為犯罪集團活動。本局以違反出入境逗留規定將上述九人移送相關部門處理，並就非法工作情節通報勞工事務局跟進。此外，由於有關單位涉及非法旅館經營問題，故通知旅遊局跟進調查。
Illegal massage apartment busted with 9 women found
The Judiciary Police continued to carry out its winter precaution operation. Based on the complaints of residents and relevant intelligence, on 7th February 2018, 30 criminal investigators were respectively dispatched to a total of six residential units, which were located in the San Kio, Patane and Northern Districts, to conduct investigation. 9 mainland women, who were suspected of engaging in illegal massage, were found. Inside the residential units, massage oil and a large quantity of towels were also discovered.
The 9 mainland women confessed to providing illegal massage in the residential units. Currently, there was no evidence indicating organized criminal activities. The Judiciary Police transferred the aforementioned 9 individuals to the relevant authorities for violating the immigration and stay regulations, and reported to the Labour Affairs Bureau to follow up on the situation of illegal work. Moreover, as the said residential units had involved issues of illegal hostel operation, the Macao Government Tourism Office was notified for follow-up investigation.
Descobertos apartamentos ilegais de massagem e detidas nove mulheres
Dando continuidade à operação invernal e com base nas informações e denúncias dos cidadãos, a Polícia Judiciária destacou, no dia 7 de Fevereiro de 2018, 30 investigadores criminais para efectuarem investigações sobre seis apartamentos, situados respectivamente na zona da Rua Barca, na zona do Patane e na zona Norte, nos quais foram detidas nove mulheres da China continental que se suspeita estivessem a praticar ilegalmente massagem, foram encontrados óleo para massagem e uma grande quantidade de toalhas.
Essas nove mulheres admitiram ter prestado ilegalmente serviços de massagem naqueles apartamentos, porém neste momento não existem provas que se trate de uma actividade de um grupo criminoso, assim foram entregues aos serviços competentes por violação ao disposto referente à migração e permanência, e o processo foi transferido para a Direcção dos Serviços para os Assuntos Laborais para acompanhamento. Além disso, tendo em conta que tais apartamentos serviam também para dar alojamento, comunicou-se o facto à Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo.
