本澳男子涉殺人未遂及縱火被捕
2017年12月19日,墨山街一間五金店發生縱火案,導致女店東及一名男子被嚴重燒傷,本局接報後隨即派員到現場進行勘查。
本局根據調查證據及現場勘查資料,查悉上述男子於案發當日進入店內與女事主及顧客閒聊,當所有顧客離開後,涉案男子突然將店員推出店外,馬上關閉店舖鐵閘,在店內與女事主談判,其後將多罐天拿水潑向店舖四周及女事主身上並點火焚燒,造成女事主身體多處大面積燒傷,送院後在深切治療部留醫,有生命危險;涉案男子手腳及臉部亦被燒傷。
涉案男子經治療後於2018年2月1日康復出院,本局隨即將其拘捕,以加重殺人(未遂)、造成火警、爆炸及其他特別危險行為等罪將其移送檢察院處理。
Macao man arrested for involvement in attempted murder and arson
On 19th December 2017, an arson case occurred at a hardware shop located at Rua De Martinho Montenegro, which caused the female shop owner and a man severely burned. The Judiciary Police sent officers to the scene for investigation immediately after receiving the report.
Based on the investigative evidences and information found from the scene, the Judiciary Police discovered that the aforementioned man entered the shop to chat with the female victim and other customers on the day that the incident happened. After all the customers had left, the involved man suddenly pushed the shop assistant out of the shop and closed the shop’s shutter gate right away. He negotiated with the female victim inside the shop, after which he splashed many cans of thinner around the shop and on the female victim’s body. He lit a fire and caused many large areas of burns to the female victim’s body. She was hospitalized in the ICU in critical condition after being sent to the hospital. The involved man also had burns on his hands and feet as well as face.
The involved man had recovered after treatment and was discharged from the hospital on 1st February 2018. He was immediately arrested by the Judiciary Police and was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office on the charges of aggravated murder (attempted), causing fire, explosions and other exceptionally dangerous behaviours etc.
Detido um residente por tentativa de homicídio e fogo posto
No dia 19 de Dezembro de 2017, ocorreu um caso de fogo posto numa loja de ferramentas na Rua de Martinho Montenegro, que fez com que a dona da loja e um homem sofressem queimaduras graves. Após a denúncia, a PJ enviou investigadores para efectuarem uma inspecção no local da ocorrência.
Com base nas provas e informações recolhidas, apurou-se que, no dia do sucedido, o homem entrou na loja onde conversava com a dona e os clientes. Quando todos os clientes saíram da loja, o homem empurrou de repente um funcionário para fora e trancou a porta de ferro. Na loja, discutiu com a mulher, depois espalhou várias latas de diluente na loja e sobre o corpo da vítima e acendeu o fogo, o que resultou em queimaduras numa grande parte do corpo. A vítima foi internada na Unidade dos Cuidados Intensivos, correndo risco de vida, o agressor também teve queimaduras nos quatro membros e na cara.
O suspeito teve alta em 1 de Fevereiro de 2018, dia em que foi detido e presente ao Ministério Público por tentativa de homicídio e incêndio.
