越南籍非法入境者涉嚴重傷人落網
2018年1月30日凌晨，澳門海關接獲廣東省邊防部門通知有人從珠海游水偷渡來澳，隨即採取行動，在氹仔東亞運大馬路岸邊截獲一名越南籍非法入境者，發現其與2015年一宗嚴重傷人案有關，遂透過治安警察局將涉案男子轉交本局處理。
案情顯示，涉案男子的一名男友人與越南籍事主於2015年認識，其後該名男子以介紹工作為名，向事主借款三萬澳門元，但一直未有還款，事主為此曾到該男子的住所追債。2015年12月22日下午，事主獲該男子安排到氹仔一娛樂場地盤工作，至傍晚離開時突然被涉案男子及另外兩名男子持利器伏撃，傷勢嚴重，經治療後康復出院；但因其遇襲前曾涉及其他犯罪，故出院後被轉到澳門監獄服刑。
涉案男子否認犯案，但本局鑑於有強烈跡象顯示涉案男子曾參與襲擊，遂以嚴重傷害身體完整性罪將其移送檢察院偵辦。
Vietnamese illegal immigrant arrested for involvement in serious assault
On the early morning of 30th January 2018, the Macao Customs Service was informed by the Guangdong provincial border control department that someone was illegally entering Macao by swimming. Action was immediately taken, and a Vietnamese illegal immigrant was intercepted by the shore at Avenida dos Jogos da Ásia Oriental in Taipa. It was found that he was involved in a case of serious assault in 2015. As a result, via the Public Security Police Force, the involved man was transferred to the Judiciary Police for investigation.
Details of the case revealed that, a male friend of the involved man became acquainted with the Vietnamese victim in 2015. The said male friend borrowed MOP30,000 from the victim, using job recruitment as the excuse. As he never paid back the money owed, the victim had gone to his residence to collect the debt. On the afternoon of 22nd December 2015, the victim was arranged by the said man to work at the construction site of a casino in Taipa. When he was leaving in the evening, he was suddenly assaulted with sharp objects by the involved man and two other men. He suffered serious injury, but recovered after treatment in the hospital. However, as he was involved in other crimes before the assault, he was transferred to the Macao Prison to serve his sentence.
The involved man denied to have committed the case, but since the Judiciary Police had strong evidence indicating that the involved man had participated in the assault, he was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of serious harm to bodily integrity.

Na madrugada de 30 de Janeiro de 2018, os Serviços de Alfândega receberam uma notificação dos Serviços do Posto Fronteiriço da Província de Guangdong, dizendo que havia alguém que estava a passar ilegalmente de Zhuhai para Macau, a nado, assim, entraram em acções imediatamente. Na operação, um imigrante ilegal, de nacionalidade vietnamita, foi interceptado na costa da Avenida dos Jogos da Ásia Oriental, descobriu-se ainda que estava envolvido num caso de ofensas graves à integridade física que aconteceu em 2015, foi portanto transferido para a PJ através do CPSP.
Os factos ocorreram em 2015, um amigo do suspeito conhecia a vítima, também de Vietname. O amigo pediu um empréstimo de 30 mil patacas à vítima dizendo que serviam para arranjar emprego, mas nunca saldou a dívida, assim a vítima foi à casa da vítima para cobrar. Na tarde de 22 de Dezembro de 2015, a vítima arranjou um trabalho numa obra de um casino da Taipa, com a ajuda desse amigo. De madrugada a vítima, ao sair do local, foi agredida com armas brancas pelo suspeito e outros dois homens, sofreu ferimentos graves, tendo recebido alta após longo internamento. Considerando que a vítima tinha estado envolvida noutros crimes antes de ser alvo da agressão, depois de sair do hospital, foi transferida para o Estabelecimento Prisional para cumprir pena de prisão.
Como há fortes indícios do envolvimento na agressão, mesmo que o suspeito tenha negado, foi presente ao MP por ofensas graves à integridade física.
