美籍男子搶信用卡套現被捕
一名內地男子於2011年7月7日向本局報案，稱於同年6月23日到泰國進行商務考察，由一名美籍華裔男子負責接待，隨後在一次聚會期間突然有數名人士闖入，搶去事主身上財物和一張銀聯卡，又毆打事主及迫令其交出銀聯卡密碼。事主其後獲悉其銀聯卡被人在本澳刷卡消費逾115萬澳門元。
本局深入調查後鎖定接待事主的美籍男子為案中主腦，並查悉其於案發後來澳，在新口岸區某娛樂場內珠寶店以事主的銀聯卡刷卡套現，再離開本澳。直至2018年1月24日，涉案男子再次入境本澳，本局在治安警察局協助下將其截獲，以電腦詐騙（相當巨額）罪將其送交檢察院偵辦。
Man of American nationality apprehended for robbing and cashing out a credit card
On 7th July 2011, a mainland man reported to the Judiciary Police that while he was on a business inspection visit in Thailand on June 23rd of the same year, he was received by a Chinese American man. Later, several persons suddenly barged in the gathering they were having and robbed the victim of his belongings and a UnionPay card. They also assaulted the victim and forced him to provide the password of the UnionPay card. The victim later found out that his UnionPay card had been swiped in Macao for purchases over MOP 1.15 million.
After in-depth investigation, the American man, who received the victim, was identified as the mastermind of this case, and he was also found to have come to Macao after the case had happened. He cashed out with the victim’s UnionPay card in a jewellery shop in a casino in the NAPE district then fled Macao. On 24th January 2018, the involved man was intercepted under the assistance of the Public Security Police Force while he was re-entering Macao, and the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of computer fraud (considerably huge amount).

Em 7 de Julho de 2011, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de um homem da China continental, dizendo que no dia 23 de Junho do mesmo ano, foi à Tailândia para negócios e foi recebido por um chinês americano. Posteriormente, durante uma reunião entre os dois, várias pessoas entraram de repente e roubaram-lhe alguns pertences e um cartão UnionPay, a vítima também foi batida e obrigada a oferecer a palavra-chave do Cartão UnionPay. Mais tarde, ele reparou que o seu cartão tinha sido utilizado em Macau, o valor gasto foi de 1.150.000 de patacas.
No decurso da investigação, a PJ conseguiu identificar o cabecilha deste caso, o chinês americano que deu hospitalidade à vítima, e apurou ainda que este entrou no território após o incidente, levantou dinheiro com o cartão roubado numa loja de joalheira de um casino no NAPE e saiu de Macau depois. No dia 24 de Janeiro de 2018, o suspeito ao entrar no território, foi interceptado pela PJ com a ajuda do CPSP. O detido foi presente ao MP por burla informática (de valor consideravelmente elevado).
