速破四千萬元籌碼劫案 拘兩男子
2018年1月16日，本局接報新口岸區某娛樂場貴賓廳發生搶劫案，案發時現場只有一男一女莊荷當值，男莊荷突然向女莊荷訛稱身上藏有武器，喝令其伏在賭檯下及不准聲張，隨後在自己當值的百家樂賭檯珠盤內取走4,789.5萬港元現金籌碼及脫下工作制服，放入預先準備的手提袋後離開娛樂場，再駕駛電單車逃去。
本局深入調查後，於下環區尋回涉案電單車，在車內檢獲涉案男子的工作制服，並未發現任何贓款。本局根據調查線索進行分析，鎖定涉案男子的下落，於2018年1月18日涉案男子相約其舅父在氹仔某公園交付籌碼時採取行動，在涉案男子身上搜出折合四萬多澳門元現金，以及在另一名男子身上搜出22,500港元現金及20,100港元籌碼。
涉案男子承認搶劫娛樂場，但拒絕透露籌碼去向。本局以搶劫罪將兩人移送檢察院處理，並繼續偵查是否有其他同伙及贓款的下落。
$40 million chip robbery case cracked rapidly with two men arrested
On 16th January 2018, a robbery case which took place in the VIP Room of a casino in the NAPE district was reported to the Judiciary Police. At the time of the robbery, there were only two dealers, a male and a female on duty at the scene. The male dealer suddenly falsely claimed that he had weapon with him, commanding the female dealer to crouch under the gaming table and forbidding her to make any sound. Having taken away cash chips worth of HKD 47,895,000 from the chip float of the Baccarat table where he was on duty and taken off his uniform, he put them inside a tote luggage bag he had prepared and left the casino. He fled by riding on a motorcycle.
After in-depth investigation, the Judiciary Police recovered the involved motorcycle in which the involved man’s uniform was seized in the S. Lourenco district, but there was no sight of any illicit proceeds. Analysis was conducted based on investigation clues and the whereabouts of the involved man were identified. On 18th January 2018, when the involved man met his uncle for handing over the chips in a park in Taipa, action was taken and cash equivalent to over MOP40,000 was seized on the involved man, while cash of HKD22,500 and chips worth of HKD20,100 were seized on the other man.
Despite his confession of having robbed the casino, the involved man refused to disclose the whereabouts of the chips. The Judiciary Police transferred the two men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery and continue to investigate whether there are other accomplices and the whereabouts of the illicit proceeds.

No dia 16 de Janeiro de 2018, recebemos uma queixa de um casino do ZAPE sobre um roubo numa sala VIP, onde estavam de serviço apenas dois croupiers, um homem e uma mulher, o homem disse à mulher que levava consigo uma arma e obrigou-a a deitar-se debaixo da mesa de jogo e ficar calada, de seguida, tirou, no tabuleiro da mesa de bacará onde estava a trabalhar, 47 milhões e 895 mil HKD de fichas, despiu o uniforme e pôs as mesmas na mala que tinha preparado, depois, saiu do casino e pos-se em fuga num motociclo.
Na investigação aprofundada, conseguimos encontrar na Praia do Manduco a mota que o homem usou, na qual tinha o seu uniforme mas não foram encontradas as fichas roubadas. Seguindo as informações, conseguiu-se localizar o homem que, no dia 18 de Janeiro de 2018, combinou se encontrar com o seu tio num jardim da Taipa para lhe entregar as fichas, nessa altura foi efectuada a operação, na posse do homem foi apreendido dinheiro convertido em mais de 40 mil patacas, o outro tinha 22.500 e 20.100 HKD, em dinheiro e fichas.
O funcionário admitiu ter roubado as fichas do casino, mas não disse onde se encontras as restantes fichas. Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por roubo, continuamos à procura de eventuais cúmplices e das fichas roubadas.
