男子涉加重盜竊被拘
2017年9月20日，本局接獲治安警察局通知，指提督馬路某商業大廈一間提供派對場地服務的公司被人爆竊，損失約6.1萬澳門元財物。
本局展開深入調查，透過監控錄像發現一名戴頭盔及口罩的男子於案發期間破壞公司的門鎖，再撬毀收銀櫃盜取現金及其他物品。本局鎖定涉案男子的身份，於2018年1月11日在新口岸區某大型地盤內將其截獲。
涉案男子承認犯案，稱因曾光顧上述公司而知悉大門密碼，案發當天破壞公司門前密碼鎖的遮蓋器後潛入盜竊，且已變賣全部贓物，所得贓款亦全數花光。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子送交檢察院偵辦。
Man arrested for aggravated theft
The Judiciary Police was informed by the Public Security Police Force on 20 September 2017 that a party venue provider company in a commercial building on Avenida do Almirante Lacerda had been broken into, suffering property loss of around MOP 61,000.
The Judiciary Police launched in-depth investigation, finding from the surveillance footage that a man wearing a helmet and a mask had damaged the door lock of the company and pried open the cash drawer to steal cash and other items during the time of the incident. Having identified the involved man, the Judiciary Police intercepted him in a large construction site in NAPE on 11 January 2018.
The involved man confessed to have committed the crime, claiming that he had learnt of the passcode to the door as a former patron of the company. On the day of the incident, he sneaked into the company to commit theft after vandalizing the shield of the passcode lock at the door. He had already sold away the booty and spent all criminal proceeds. He was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem por furto qualificado
No dia 20 de Setembro de 2017, a PJ recebeu uma comunicação da PSP, indicando que uma empresa de instalações de recreios terá sido alvo de furto por arrombamento, tendo sofrido um prejuízo de cerca de 61.000 patacas.
No âmbito da investigação, foi possível descobrir, através das câmaras de vigilância, um homem com capacete e máscara que, na altura do incidente, estava a partir a fechadura da empresa, e a arrombar a caixa onde furtou dinheiro e outros objectos. A PJ identificou o suspeito que foi detido em 11 de Janeiro de 2018 num estaleiro de grande dimensão do ZAPE.
O detido confessou o crime e disse que sabia o código da entrada por ter sido cliente da empresa, e que partiu, no dia do incidente, a cobertura da fechadura do código da porta daquela empresa e introduziu-se furtivamente para actuar. Disse ter vendido todos os objectos furtados e ter gasto todo o dinheiro furtado. Foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
