內地青年涉操作偽基站被捕
本局持續打擊偽基站犯罪，早前根據調查鎖定關閘廣場一個懷疑用作偽基站的住宅單位，並於2018年1月10日在上述地點截獲一名內地男子，又查獲由該名男子管理的同區另一個偽基站窩點，行動中共檢獲七套偽基站設備。
調查發現，涉案兩個窩點由涉案男子使用偽造澳門居民身份證承租，於2017年9月起運作，涉案男子藉操作偽基站以收取報酬。本局以犯罪集團、干擾電腦系統、用作實施犯罪的電腦裝置或電腦數據資料、侵犯通訊之工具、偽造具特別價值文件等罪將其移送檢察院處理，並繼續追緝犯罪集團主腦。
Mainland youth arrested for involvement in operating pseudo base station
The Judiciary Police continued to combat crimes of pseudo base station (PBS). A residential unit suspected to have been used as a PBS located at Barrier Gate Plaza was identified according to earlier investigation. On 10th January 2018, a mainland man was intercepted at the above mentioned location, and another PBS hub in the same district managed by the same man was also busted. 7 sets of PBS apparatus were seized in the operation.
Investigation revealed that the involved two hubs were rented by the involved man using fake Macao SAR Resident Identity Card, and had started operation since September 2017. He received remuneration by running the PBS. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office on the charges of criminal syndicate, interference of computer system, computer devices or computer data for perpetrating crime, tools for hacking communications, falsification of documents of special value and is pursuing the mastermind of the criminal syndicate.
Detido um jovem da China continental por estar a operar estações emissoras simuladas
A PJ tem prosseguido as acções de combate às estações emissoras simuladas, na investigação conseguiu identificar um apartamento habitacional na Praça das Portas do Cerco, que supostamente servia para ocultar estações simuladas. No dia 10 de Janeiro de 2018, um homem, da China continental, foi detido naquele apartamento e a PJ descobriu que este estava a gerir outro abrigo de estações simuladas na mesma zona. Nesta acção, 7 conjuntos de aparelhos foram apreendidos.
Na investigação, apurou-se que os dois abrigos tinham sido alugados por ele com bilhete de identidade falso e estavam em funcionamento deste Setembro de 2017, o homem recebia dinheiro por estas tarefas. O detido foi presente ao MP por organização criminosa, obstrução de sistema informático. A PJ continua à procura do cabecilha do grupo criminoso.
