拘獲一名盜竊嫌犯
2017年12月9日,本局接獲一名本澳男子報案,稱在中區某酒樓用膳期間被人盜竊財物,涉案人利用盜竊得來的信用卡消費,令事主損失約九萬澳門元。
本局人員經調查後,鎖定一名涉案內地男子的身份,並發現其以假髮及更換衣服等喬裝手段逃避警方追查,再於得手後逃離本澳。本局據此對過往同類案件進行分析比對,再揭發涉案男子與另外七宗盜竊案有關,期間更伙同最少兩名在逃同黨利用盜竊得來的信用卡購買金飾。連同首宗案件,各事主合共損失約606,800澳門元。
涉案男子於2017年12月30日再次入境,本局隨即進行部署,並於2018年1月2日涉案男子離境時將其截獲,在其隨身行李搜獲作案用假髮及衣物,本局將涉案人拘留,控以加重盜竊、濫用信用卡等罪,將其移交檢察院偵辦,並追查在逃人士及贓物下落。
Theft suspect apprehended
On 9th December 2017, the Judiciary Police received a report from a local man, who claimed that his belongings were stolen while he was having a meal at a restaurant in the Central District. The involved person made purchases with the stolen credit card and incurred a loss of around MOP$90,000 to the victim.
After an investigation by the Judiciary Police, an involved mainland man was identified. It was found that the involved man had been in disguise, using a wig and changing his clothes, etc., to evade being tracked down by the police. He fled Macao after succeeding in his plan. The Judiciary Police conducted analysis and made comparisons accordingly with previous similar cases. It was then revealed that the involved man was related to 7 other theft cases. During the course, the involved man, together with at least two accomplices at large, purchased gold accessories using the stolen credit cards. Coupled with the first case, various victims suffered a total loss of around MOP$606,800.
The involved man re-entered Macao on 30th December 2017. The Judiciary Police carried out deployment immediately, and intercepted the involved man during his departure on 2nd January 2018. The wig and clothes used during the crime perpetration were found from his hand luggage. The Judiciary Police detained the involved man and transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges such as aggravated theft and abuse of credit card. The Judiciary Police is pursuing the whereabouts of the persons at large and the stolen goods.

No dia 9 de Dezembro, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de um residente, dizendo que quando estava a tomar refeição num restaurante da zona central, os seus pertences foram furtados. O suspeito terá usado o cartão de crédito furtado para fazer compras, o prejuízo causado à vítima foi de cerca de 90 mil patacas.
Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar o indivíduo, proveniente da China continental, descobriu-se tanmbém que este usou uma peruca e outras roupas para se disfarçar, tendo saído do território logo a seguir. A PJ analisou e comparou outros casos idênticos que aconteceram no passado, apurou assim que o indivíduo estaria envolvido em 7 casos de furto, e que tinha usado cartões de crédito furtados com pelo menos 2 cúmplices em fuga para comprar peças de ouro. Somados todos os casos, a perda das vítimas atingiu as 606.800 patacas.
O suspeito voltou para Macau em 30 de Dezembro de 2017, a PJ procedeu ao planeamento e interceptou-o no dia 2 de Janeiro quando ele tentava novamente sair. A peruca e as roupas que tinham sido usadas foram encontradas na sua mala. O mesmo foi detido e presente ao MP por furto qualificado e abuso de cartão de crédito. A PJ continua à procura dos outros cúmplices em fuga e do paradeiro dos pertences furtados.
