破兩宗搶劫案 拘三名內地男子
本局於2017年11月11日及13日先後接獲兩宗搶劫案，案中兩名內地事主都是替賭客兌換貨幣來賺取利潤，案發前接獲來電要求到酒店房間進行兌換交易，當進入房間時隨即被涉案人等使用武力綑綁及搶去財物，合共損失4.1萬元人民幣及56萬港元。
本局人員對兩宗搶劫案展開深入調查，鎖定了多名作案人的身份。11月17日及11月18日，治安警察局於關閘口岸先後截獲三名各涉及其中一宗案件的內地男子，並轉交本局跟進。經調查後，本局有足夠證據指證三名涉案男子實施犯罪，故以搶劫罪將三人移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝在逃人士。
Two robbery cases busted, three mainland men arrested
On 11th and 13th November 2017, the Judiciary Police received two cases of robbery respectively. The two mainland victims earned their profits by exchanging currencies for punters. Before the incident, they received phone calls which requested them to conduct exchange transactions at a hotel room. Having entered the hotel room, the involved individuals forcefully tied them up and robbed their properties, which incurred a loss totaled RMB41,000 and HKD560,000.
The Judiciary Police launched an in-depth investigation of these two robbery cases and identified the particulars of a number of offenders. On November 17th and 18th, the Public Security Police Force successively intercepted three mainland men at Portas do Cerco, each of whom was involved in either one of the cases, and they were transferred to the Judiciary Police for follow-up. After investigation, the Judiciary Police held sufficient evidence which corroborated the three involved men for committing crimes, thus they were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery. The Judiciary police will continue to pursue the persons at large.
Resolvidos dois casos de roubo e detidos três homens da China continental
A PJ recebeu 2 casos de roubo, respectivamente, em 11 e 13 de Novembro de 2017. As duas vítimas da China continental, que trocavam dinheiro aos jogadores, no dia de incidente, receberam pedidos de serviço num quarto de um hotel, quando entraram, foram atados e foi-lhe roubado o dinheiro, num prejuízo total de 41 mil renminbi e 560 mil HKD.
Na investigação dos dois casos, a PJ conseguiu identificar os suspeitos. No dia 17 e 18 de Novembro, foram interceptados os três suspeitos, da China continental, que estão supostamente envolvidos nos casos, nas Portas do Cerco pelo CPSP, que os transferiu para a PJ. Após o interrogatório, a PJ recolheu provas suficientes para determinar que os três tinham cometido o crime. Por isso foram presentes ao MP por roubo, a PJ continua à procura de outros cúmplices em fuga.
