男子涉嚴重傷人被捕

2017年8月20日下午，涉案男子與妻子在關閘廣場附近因手持的物品碰到男事主而遭事主責罵，兩人繼而發生口角，事主拾起地上的石塊向涉案男子投擲，涉案男子則拾起地上一條長約2米的木方襲擊事主的頭部多次，導致事主倒地及失去知覺，途人見狀立即報警處理。

本局接報跟進調查，涉案男子承認犯案，根據法醫的臨床法醫學報告證實男事主多發性顱骨骨折，並一直處於昏迷狀態,對其身體完整性造成嚴重傷害。本局遂以加重傷害身體完整性罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理。

Man involved in serious assault under arrest

On the afternoon of 20 August 2017, near Praça das Portas do Cerco, the involved man and his wife were carrying some items which hit the male victim, thus the victim scolded the couple.  A quarrel between the two subsequently occurred.  The victim picked up a stone from the ground and threw it towards the involved man.  On the other hand, the involved man picked up a timber plank around 2 meters long to attack the victim’s head several times, causing the victim to fall on the ground and lose consciousness.  A passerby saw the scene and reported to the police immediately.

The Judiciary Police received the report and proceeded with the investigation.  The involved man confessed to have committed the crime.  According to the forensic doctor’s clinical forensic examination report, the male victim was diagnosed with multiple cranial fractures and had been in coma all along, causing severe harm to his bodily integrity.  Therefore, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated harm to bodily integrity.

Detido um homem por suspeita de ofensas graves à integridade física

Na tarde de 20 de Agosto de 2017, um casal foi repreendido por ter tocado com um objecto, na mão de outro homem, na zona das Portas do Cerco, isto gerou uma discussão. Durante a briga, o indivíduo “tocado” pegou numa pedra e atirou-a para o outro, esse pegou num pau comprido do chão e bateu-lhe várias vezes na cabeça, este caiu no chão e perdeu os sentidos, algué que passava chamou a polícia. A Polícia Judiciária iniciou as investigações, nas quais o agressor confessou o crime, de acordo com o relatório médico-legal, foi confirmado que o vítima sofreu múltiplas fracturas cranianas e permanece em coma. O suspeito foi presente ao Ministério Público por ofensas qualificadas à integridade física.
