內地漢加重盜竊被拘
2017年3月25日，內地男事主於皇朝區一食肆用膳時，被人偷去12萬港元。本局人員接手調查，發現案發時涉案男子趁事主不為意，用衣服遮掩偷走事主掛在椅背的外衣口袋裏的現金，隨後逃離本澳。
4月11日，涉案男子經關閘口岸入境，在治安警察局協助下將其截獲並交本局處理。本局人員在涉案男子身上搜獲13,500港元及5,000元人民幣現金，其承認盜取事主約10萬港元，本局以加重盜竊罪將其移送檢察院處理。
Mainland man arrested for aggravated theft
On 25 March 2017, a mainland male victim was dining in a restaurant at the Dynasty district when HKD120,000 was stolen from him. The Judiciary Police took over the investigation and found an involved man, who had used clothing as a cover-up to steal the cash from the pocket of the victim’s jacket that was hung on the chairback when he was inattentive. Afterwards, the involved man fled Macao.
On April 11th, when entering Macao via the Border Gate, the involved man was intercepted with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force and transferred to the Judiciary Police. Our officers seized HKD13,500 and CNY5,000 in cash from the involved man who admitted to have stolen around HKD100,000 from the victim. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem da China continental por furto qualificado
No dia 25 de Março de 2017, quando um homem da China continental estava a comer num restaurante do NAPE, furtaram-lhe 120 mil HKD. Os nossos agentes iniciaram a investigação, na qual se apurou que um outro homem, aproveitando da sua distracção, usando umas roupas para esconder o acto, furtou-lhe o dinheiro que tinha no bolso do casaco colocado no encosto da cadeira, e fugiu.
No dia 11 de Abril, com a colaboração da PSP, o suspeito foi detido ao entrar em Macau pelas Portas do Cerco, foi depois transferido para a PJ. Na sua posse, foram encontrados 13.500 HKD e 5.000 RMB em numerário. Este admitiu ter furtado cerca de 100 mil HKD, foi assim presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
