情報交流顯成效 2008年劫殺案告破

2008年9月8日，新口岸區某住宅單位發現一具被綑綁的赤裸女屍，經法醫判定為頸部受暴力壓迫至窒息死亡。經本局詳細調查搜證後，證實被害人於2008年9月4日晚上與涉案男子到案發單位進行性交易，直至9月8日死者被同屋發現倒斃在房內床下儲物空間，同時本局發現涉案男子於9月5日早上離開案發單位及曾典當女死者財物，並於同日離開本澳匿藏內地。

本鑑於有強烈跡象顯示涉案男子涉嫌殺害女死者，本局馬上透過國際刑警組織向內地公安部門通報案件及追緝嫌兇。本局與內地公安機關進行多次聯繫及交換資訊，最終於2014年7月22日河南省安陽市公安機關對涉案人依法逮捕。涉案人接受審訊期間承認勒斃死者及搶去其財物，河南省安陽市中級人民法院於2016年8月17日判決涉案人故意殺人罪，判處死刑緩刑二年執行。

A robbery and homicide case in 2008 solved which demonstrated the effectiveness of intelligence exchange

     On 8th September 2008, a tied-up naked woman’s body was found in a residential unit in ZAPE. The coroner determined that her neck suffered from forcible compression and eventually died of suffocation. After carrying out a thorough investigation and gathering evidence, the Judiciary Police confirmed that the victim and the involved man had conducted a sexual transaction in the aforementioned unit on the night of 4th September 2008. Until September 8th, the deceased was found lying dead in the storing space under the bed in a bedroom by her housemate. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police found that the involved man had left the involved unit on the morning of September 5th and had pawned the valuables of the female deceased. He had also fled Macao on the same day to take refuge in mainland. Since there were strong signs indicating that the involved man was suspected of killing the female deceased, the Judiciary Police promptly notified the mainland public security authorities of the case through Interpol Macao Sub-bureau and hunted for the suspect. The Judiciary Police had liaised and exchanged information with the mainland public security agencies on several occasions. Eventually on 22nd July 2014, the Anyang Public Security Bureau of Henan Province arrested the involved person according to the law. During the trial, the involved person admitted that he had strangled the deceased to death and snatched her valuables. On 17th August 2016, the Anyang Intermediate People’s Court of Henan Province convicted the involved person of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced him to a death penalty with a two-year reprieve.

Resolvido um caso de roubo que resultou em morte, ocorrido em 2008, graças à troca de informações

      No dia 8 de Setembro de 2008, num apartamento na zona do ZAPE foi descoberto um cadáver, do sexo feminino, com mãos e pés atados e sem roupa. Segundo o médico legista, a morte foi devida a asfixia por constrição violenta do pescoço. Após a recolha de provas e investigação, resultou que na noite de 4 de Setembro de 2008, a vítima, naquele apartamento, prestou serviço sexual a um homem, suspeito deste caso, e no dia 8 de Setembro foi encontrada morta num espaço de armazenamento debaixo da cama de um quarto. Apurou-se ainda que o homem foi embora na manhã de 5 de Setembro, penhorou os pertences da vítima e fugiu para a China continental.
      Como havia fortes indícios que mostravam o envolvimento do homem, a PJ comunicou o caso à polícia do continente através da Interpol para procura do suspeito. Após várias trocas de informações, no dia 22 de Julho de 2014, a Polícia da cidade de Anyang da província de Henan deteve o indivíduo. Durante o julgamento, o detido admitiu ter estrangulado a vítima e ter roubado os seus pertences. No dia 17 de Agosto de 2016, o Tribunal Popular Intermédio da cidade de Anyang condenou-o à pena de morte por homicídio doloso, com a execução da pena suspensa por 2 anos.
