男子涉持刀殺人被捕
7月31日下午，本局接獲治安警察局通知，指筷子基區某單位發生持刀傷人案，導致三人受傷送院，其中一名本澳男子經搶救後證實不治。本局接報後隨即派員進行深入調查及取證，得悉死者與涉案男子為鄰居，近年因噪音及擺放雜物問題屢次發生爭執，需要警方介入處理。7月31日早上，涉案男子下班回家並與死者幼子在走廊相遇，期間雙方因事發生口角。及後，涉案男子返回單位，透過門外監控系統監視死者住所動靜，準備對死者及其家人施襲。至同日下午，涉案男子發現死者家中的鐵門打開，遂手持兩柄利刀闖入單位，先向死者揮刀襲擊，繼而砍向死者幼子，死者妻子見狀立即逃走向鄰居求助。三人在單位內糾纏期間驚醒在房間睡覺的長子，兩兄弟最終合力將涉案男子制伏。本局對涉案男子控以加重殺人、加重殺人未遂及禁用武器罪，並移送檢察院偵辦。
Man arrested for lethally knifing another person
The Judiciary Police was informed by the Public Security Police Force on the afternoon of July 31st that there was stabbing in an apartment in Fai Chi Kei district, injuring three, in which one of whom, a local man, was certified dead upon rescue. Officers were instantly deployed for in-depth investigation and collecting evidence. It was learnt that the victim and the involved man were neighbours and that police intervention was required for their quarrels over noise issues and placing of sundries in recent years. On the morning of July 31st, the involved man went home from work and bumped into the victim’s youngest son, with whom he had an altercation, in the corridor. The involved man returned to his apartment afterwards, monitoring the victim’s home through the surveillance system outside his door and conspiring to assault the victim and his family. On the afternoon of the same day, seeing that the victim’s steel gate was left open, the involved man intruded the apartment with two knives. He first stabbed the victim before stabbing his youngest son. The victim’s wife ran for help immediately. The elder son who was asleep in the room was awakened by their struggle, coming to his brother’s aid to subdue the involved man. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges for aggravated homicide, aggravated attempted homicide and prohibited weapons.

Na tarde de 31 de Julho, a PJ foi informada pelo CPSP que tinha ocorrido uma agressão com faca num apartamento sito no Fai Chi Kei, três pessoas ficaram feridas e foram transferidas para hospital, um deles, de Macau, morreu após o socorro médico.
Na investigação e de acordo com as informações, verificou-se que o morto e o agressor, homem, eram vizinhos, muitas vezes tiveram desacatos por causa do barulho e dos objectos colocados no espaço público, assim pediram a intervenção policial. Naquela manhã, o agressor saiu do trabalho, ao voltar para casa, encontrou o filho mais novo da vítima no corredor e começaram a discutir. O homem, uma vez dentro de casa, manteve o apartamento vizinho sob controle através do sistema de videovigilância instalado fora da porta, preparando-se para atacar a vítima e seus familiares. À tarde, o homem viu que a porta de ferro do vizinho estava aberta, entrou no apartamento armado de duas facas, agrediu a vítima e depois esfaqueou o seu filho mais novo, a mulher conseguiu fugir e pediu socorro a outros vizinhos. O filho mais velho, que estava a dormir no quarto, acordou e conseguiu finalmente controlar o agressor com a ajuda do irmão. O detido foi presente ao MP por homicídio qualificado, tentativa de homicídio qualificado e uso de armas proibidas.
