偵破兩宗搶劫及強姦案 拘四名內地男女
本局於1月26日接報中區某酒店發生一宗強姦及搶劫案,一名內地女子早前於另一娛樂場認識涉案內地男子,1月25日應涉案男子邀請前往案發酒店客房見面,當女事主欲離去時,突遭涉案男子阻止及毆打,再使用布條綑綁事主將其強姦,事後搶走事主約值22,000澳門元的財物。本局人員調查後發現涉案男子曾典當女事主的手機,於1月30日涉案男子經關閘離境時將其截獲。
另外,1月29日晚上新口岸某酒店商場發生一宗搶劫案,六名內地男女向一名於商場觀光購物的內地男子聲稱輸光賭本並要求借錢,當對方交出500港元籌碼時隨即要求更多金錢,事主拒絕時其中一名涉案男子突然搶去事主手上的2,500港元籌碼。事主透過酒店保安員向本局求助,本局人員調查期間,娛樂場保安員通知發現其中涉案兩男一女,遂採取行動拘捕三人,其中一人承認已將所有贓款花光。
本局已掌握上述兩宗案件的證據,分別將四名涉案男女以搶劫、強姦及詐騙罪移送檢察院處理,並追緝在逃作案人。
Two robbery and rape cases cracked, with four mainlanders arrested

On January 26th, the Judiciary Police received a complaint about a rape cum robbery case occurred at a hotel in the central district. The mainland female victim got acquainted with the involved mainland man in another casino at an earlier time. On January 25th, the victim met with the involved man inside a guest room of the involved hotel upon his invitation. When the victim wanted to leave, the involved man suddenly stopped her and beat her. She was tied up with cloth strips and then raped. Her belongings worth of approximately MOP22,000 were robbed afterwards. After our investigation, it was discovered that the involved man had pawned the victim’s cell phone. He was intercepted on January 30th when he exited Macao via the Portas do Cerco.
Moreover, on the night of January 29th, a robbery case occurred in the mall of a hotel at the ZAPE area. Six mainland men and women claimed that they had gambled away all their money and requested to borrow some money from a mainland man who was sightseeing and shopping inside the mall. When the victim took out chips worth of HKD500, the gang requested more money from him. As soon as the victim rejected, one of the involved men suddenly grabbed the chips, worth of HKD2,500, from the hands of the victim. Through the hotel security guard, the victim reported to the Judiciary Police for help. During our investigation, the casino security guard informed that two involved men and one involved woman were discovered. Therefore, the Judiciary Police launched operation and arrested the three persons. One of them confessed to have gambled away the stolen money.
The Judiciary Police had sufficient evidence about the two cases on hand. The three involved men and the involved woman were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of robbery, rape and fraud respectively. The Judiciary Police continues to pursue the perpetrators at large.

Segundo uma denúncia recebida em 26 de Janeiro, sobre um caso de violação e roubo ocorrido num hotel da zona central, uma mulher da China continental tinha conhecido um homem conterrâneo num casino, foi então convidada para se encontrarem no dia 25 no quarto do hotel. A mulher chegou e quando tentou sair, não conseguiu e foi agredida, o homem amarrou-a com panos e violou-a, roubando-lhe também pertences em cerca de 22.000 patacas. A investigação indica que o telemóvel da vítima foi penhorado pelo homem, que foi detido no dia 30 quando passava a fronteira das Portas do Cerco.
Outro caso de roubo sucedeu na noite de 29, num centro comercial do NAPE, onde seis indivíduos alegando ter perdido tudo ao jogo, pediram um empréstimo a um homem do continente, que resolveu dar-lhes 500 HKD de fichas. Esse grupo, porém, solicitou-lhe mais dinheiro, desta vez o homem recusou-se e outro homem do grupo, de repente, roubou-lhe 2.500 HKD de fichas. A vítima, através da segurança do hotel, informou do sucedido a PJ. Durante a investigação, a segurança do casino conseguiu localizar dois homens e uma mulher supostamente envolvidos, foi assim lançada uma operação que culminou na detenção dos três indivíduos, um deles admitiu ter gasto todo o dinheiro roubado.
A PJ obteve provas suficentes acerca do crime, os detidos dos dois casos foram presentes ao MP, respectivamente por roubo, violação e burla, enquanto que outros eventuais suspeitos, em fuga, continuam a ser procurados.
