本局跟進調查8月16日女子被強姦案，經周密部署後於8月18日在黑沙環某單位再拘捕一名涉案越南籍非法入境男子，其承認犯案。本局人員還在單位內發現七名非法入境的越南籍男子及一名負責收容的越南籍女子，在涉案女子身上搜獲14本越南護照，均沒有本澳入境許可證明，相信涉案女子為非法入境者提供住宿，並收取每人每月500澳門元租金。
本局以強姦罪將涉案越南籍男子移送檢察院偵訊，並繼續追查案件；另將觸犯收留罪的越南籍女子，連同七名非法入境的越南籍男子一併移送檢察院處理。
One suspect of rape nabbed
The Judiciary Police continued to investigate the case of rape of a woman on August 16th. Another involved Vietnamese man who entered Macao illegally was arrested at a flat in the Areia Preta district on August 18th after thorough deployment, and he admitted to have committed the crime. 7 more Vietnamese men who entered Macao illegally and a Vietnamese woman who accommodated them were found in the flat. 14 Vietnamese passports without certificate of Macao entry permit were found on the involved woman, who was believed to provide accommodation for illegal immigrants, each for MOP 500 per month.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved Vietnamese man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of rape while continued to investigate the case; the Vietnamese woman who had committed the crime of providing shelter and the 7 Vietnamese illegal immigrants were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for handling as well.

A PJ continuou a investigar o caso de violação ocorrido no dia 16 de Agosto, assim, através de vigilâncias, conseguiu deter mais um homem vietnamita, imigrante ilegal, em 18 de Agosto num apartamento da Areia Preta, o qual confessou o crime. Naquele apartamento foram ainda encontrados sete homens, imigrantes ilegais, todos de nacionalidade vietnamita, e uma mulher também daquele país, a qual era responsável pelo acolhimento. Além disso, na posse da mulher foram encontrados 14 passaportes do seu país, sem visto de entrada, descobriu-se que a suspeita disponibilizou alojamento aos imigrantes ilegais, cada um deles, terá pago 500 patacas mensais.
O homem detido foi presente ao MP por violação, a PJ continua a investigar o caso. A mulher e os setes homens vietnamitas também foram presentes ao MP, respectivamente, por acolhimento e imigração ilegal.
