內地漢涉高利貸禁錮及強姦被捕

內地女事主於8月24日凌晨在路氹城區某娛樂場向涉案內地男子及其同伙借款十萬港元賭博，並答應以簽署借據、先扣起5,000港元作利息、每當賭局贏出時被抽取投注額20%作利息等作為借貸條件。事主輸清賭款及被抽取約兩萬港元利息，再被帶到新口岸及路氹城區某酒店客房禁錮。8月25日晚上，女事主在房內服食安眠藥企圖自殺，涉案男子嘗試以掌摑及針刺喚醒事主，及後乘事主喪失反抗能力而兩度將其強姦，以及搶去1,000元人民幣及港幣現金。本局接報後展開調查，鎖定涉案男子身份，於8月27日在氹仔區將其拘捕，並揭發其非法再入境。涉案男子否認犯案，但本局已掌握足夠證據顯示其實施犯罪，以強姦、為賭博的高利貸、剝奪他人行動自由、搶劫及非法再入境等罪名將其移送檢察院處理，並追緝在逃涉案人士。
Mainlander arrested for involvement in usury, illegal detention and rape
In the wee hours of August 24th, the mainland female victim borrowed HKD100,000 from the involved mainland man and his accomplices for gambling at a casino in Cotai Strip. She agreed to the loan conditions such as signing an IOU, withholding HKD5,000 in advance as interest and giving 20% of each winning bet as interest, etc. After all the money was gambled away and HKD20,000 were extracted as interest, the victim was detained in guest rooms of hotels located at ZAPE and Cotai Strip. On the night of August 25th, the victim attempted to commit suicide by taking sleeping pills yet the involved man tried to slap her and pin her so as to waken her. While the victim lost her ability to resist, the involved man raped her twice and robbed her $1,000 cash in RMB and HKD. The Judiciary Police launched investigation upon receipt of the report and identified the involved man. On August 27th, the Judiciary Police arrested the involved man in Taipa and discovered that he re-entered Macao illegally. The involved man denied to have committed the crime, yet the Judiciary Police had sufficient evidence in hand which indicated he was involved. He was then transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of rape, usury for the purpose of gambling, deprivation of other's freedom of movement, robbery and illegal re-entry, etc. The Judiciary Police is still pursuing the involved persons at large.

Na madrugada de 24 de Agosto, num casino do Cotai, uma mulher pediu um empréstimo de 100 mil HKD a um homem da China continental e seus cúmplices, assinou um termo de dívidas, foram-lhe retirados 5.000 HKD de juros e foi-lhe cobrado o 20% do valor de cada apost ganha. A mulher acabou por perder todo o dinheiro emprestado e foram-lhe cobradas cerca de 20 mil HKD de juros, posteriormente foi levada a um hotel do NAPE e sucessivamente para outro no Cotai onde ficou sequestrada. Na noite de 25 de Agosto, a vítima, no quarto, tomou comprimidos para dormir em quantidade elevada para tentar suicidar-se, o homem então esbofeteou-a e picou-a repetidamente com uma agulha, para tentar acordá-la mas não conseguiu, assim, como a vítima não podia reagir, violou-a duas vezes e roubou-lhe 1.000 de RMB e HKD em dinheiro. Durante a investigação, conseguimos identificar o suspeito, que foi detido no dia 27 de Agosto na Taipa. Este homem, que tinha entrado ilegalmente em Macau, negou o crime mas há evidências que mostram o seu cometimento, foi assim presente ao MP por violação, agiotagem ao jogo, sequestro, roubo e reentrada ilegal, a PJ está à procura dos cúmplices em fuga.
