男學生涉搶手機就逮
本局於7月10日接獲一名女子報稱於7月5日晚上獨自途經果欄街附近時，被一名男子搶去價值8,000澳門元的手提電話。本局接案後展開調查，鎖定涉案男子為一名中學生，遂於22日派員到其住所將之拘捕，其承認因零用錢不足而犯案，案發當日目睹事主獨自一人手持手提電話而起貪念，所盜取的電話已變賣，贓款亦已花光，本局以搶劫罪將其移交檢察院處理。
Schoolboy arrested for robbing a mobile phone
A woman reported to the Judiciary Police on July 10th that when she was passing by the neighbourhood in Rua da Tercena alone on July 5th, a man robbed her of a mobile phone worth of MOP8,000. Investigation was launched, confirming a high school student to be the suspect. Officers were deployed to arrest him at his residence on July 22nd. He admitted to have committed the crime because of lack of pocket money. He was motivated by greed when he saw the victim holding the mobile phone alone on the day of the robbery. The stolen mobile phone had been sold and all the proceeds spent. He was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of robbery.
Detido um estudante por roubo de telemóvel
Em 10 de Julho, a PJ recebeu uma queixa de uma mulher, dizendo que, na noite de 5 de Julho, quando estava na Rua da Tercena, foi-lhe roubado um telemóvel de 8.000 patacas. Na investigação, conseguímos identificar um estudante como suspeito, que foi detido no dia 22 e admitiu ter actuado por falta de dinheiro. Na altura da ocorrência, o homem viu a vítima sozinha que tinha um telemóvel na mão, roubou-o e vende-o por algum dinheiro que foi logo gasto. O detido foi presente ao MP por roubo.
