一名被禁止入境本澳五年的內地男子於1月8日偷渡來澳，在新口岸區某桑拿浴室趁事主休息期間偷去其儲物櫃手帶，然後冒充事主要求職員協助開啟儲物櫃，盜取共約7,000港元的現金財物後，將手帶放回事主身旁並逃離現場。事主其後向本局報案，涉案男子於7月24日被治安警察局人員截獲，其承認犯案，並供稱贓款已全數輸清。本局以加重盜竊、非法逗留者實施的犯罪及非法入境罪將其移交檢察院處理。
Mainland man arrested for stealing at sauna
A mainland man, banned from entering Macao within 5 years, illegally came to Macao on January 8th. In a sauna parlour at NAPE District, he stole the victim’s locker wristband while the victim was taking a rest. Afterwards, he impersonated the victim and requested the staff’s assistance in opening the locker. After stealing an approximate total of HKD7,000 of cash and valuables, he put back the wristband next to the victim and fled the scene. Subsequently, the victim reported the case to the Judiciary Police. The involved man, being intercepted by the Public Security Police on July 24th, admitted committing the crime and claimed to have gambled away all the stolen money. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for charges of aggravated theft, crime committed by overstayer and illegal immigration.

Um homemm da China continental, proibido de entrar em Macau por cinco anos, passou as fronteiras ilegalmente em 8 de Janeiro, foi a uma sauna no NAPE, aproveitando do momento de descanso de um cliente, roubou a pulseira que abre o cacifo, fingiu ser a vítima e pediu a um funcionário para abrir o cacifo, assim furtou cerca de 7.000 HKD em dinheiro e objectos, devolvendo a pulseira à vítima antes de fugir. O homem foi detido pelos agentes da PSP em 24 de Julho, confessou o crime e disse que o dinheiro já tinha sido gasto ao jogo. O detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado e imigração ilegal.
