男子藉合作營商騙75萬被捕
一名無業男子去年遊說被害人在澳經營佛牌生意，保證可令公司短時間獲利，被害人認為有利可圖，答應投資人民幣90萬元，並由嫌犯負責開店及經營的事宜。事主將款項匯給涉案男子後見店舖久未開設，經多番追問下，涉案人終償還十五萬元，並稱會於其後償還餘款，惟受害人自去年年底開始與嫌犯失去聯絡，事主懷疑被騙故報警求助。本局經調查，發現涉案男子沒有開設任何店舖。本局人員於12月14日在關閘離境大堂截獲正準備離境之嫌犯，以詐騙罪將之移送檢察院偵辦。
Man Arrested for Defrauding $750,000 in the Name of Business Cooperation
An unemployed man persuaded the victim to cooperate in the business of Buddhist amulets in Macao last year, and guaranteed profit in a short time. The victim thought that a profit was in sight, and thus agreed to invest RMB 900,000 and let the suspect be responsible for the setting up and operation of the shop. Long after the victim made the remittance and without seeing the opening of the shop, the involved person was questioned many times before he finally paid back $150,000 and purported that the remaining amount would be repaid later. However, the victim lost contact of the suspect from the end of last year and thus suspected to be deceived and reported to the police. The Judiciary Police investigated and found that the man had not set up any shop. On December 14th, our staff intercepted the suspect, who was preparing to leave Macao, at the departure hall of the Border Gate, and transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office on the charge of fraud.

Um residente desempregado, no ano passado, convenceu um homem a investir dinheiro para abrir, em Macau, uma loja de pendentes com figuras do Buda, garantindo-lhe lucros rápidos, o outro acreditou tratar-se de um negócio lucrativo e entregou-lhe 900 mil renminbis, sendo o detido responsável pelas formalidades ligadas à abertura da loja e a exploração do negócio. Contudo, passado algum tempo sem que houvesse avanços, a vítima perguntou várias vezes o que se passava, o outro acabou por lhe devolver 150 mil renminbis e garantiu dar o resto mais tarde. Todavia, desde o fim do ano passado, não foi mais possível contactar o suspeito, a vítima percebeu de ter sido burlado e decidiu denunciar o caso às autoridades. As investigações da PJ confirmaram que não foi aberta nenhuma loja por aquela pessoa que foi detida no dia 14 de Dezembro, no posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco, quando tentava sair do território, foi depois presente ao MP por crime de burla.
