四贛漢騙賭場280萬落網

今年6月至8月期間，本局先後接獲新口岸三間賭場報稱發現假籌碼。本局調查後，相信為同一內地詐騙集團涉案，並鎖定六名集團成員身份。至11月24日，其中四名嫌疑人與另外兩名同夥來澳，分別於當日晚上和翌日離澳時被本局人員拘捕。本局除證實上述四人與該三宗假籌碼案有關外，還發現四人是次來澳同樣在新口岸另一間賭場行使假籌碼。包括本次，涉案犯罪集團共對四間賭場行使2,852個面值一千元的假泥碼，賭場合共損失285萬港元。據查，該詐騙集團主腦於內地以每個70元人民幣的成本製作假籌碼，並刻意在製成品上擦上污跡，以冒充真籌碼。與此同時，該犯罪集團在內地招攬無業者參與作案，每次給予套現金額的一成作報酬。集團成員通過在不同類型的賭枱以對賭的方式，將泥碼套現。本局以犯罪集團、加重詐騙罪名把涉案人移交檢察院處理，並追緝其餘在逃者。
Four Jiangxi Men Nabbed for Defrauding Casinos out of $2.8 Million
The Judiciary Police sequentially received complaints from three casinos in NAPE between June and August this year, reporting that counterfeit chips were found. After investigations carried out by the Judiciary Police, it was believed that they were committed by the same Mainland scam syndicate and six members of which were targeted. On November 24th, four of the suspects came to Macao with two other accomplices, and were arrested by the Judiciary Police personnel upon their departure from Macao on that very night and the next day respectively. The Judiciary Police confirmed the four men’s association with the three counterfeit chip cases and on top of this, they were also found using fake chips in another casino in NAPE on their trip to Macao this time. The involved criminal syndicate had used 2,852 fake non-negotiable chips with face value of $1,000 each in four casinos including this time, and the casinos suffered a loss of HKD2.85 million in total. Investigation revealed that the scam syndicate’s mastermind produced fake chips with the cost of RMB70 each in Mainland, and deliberately stained the chips so that they would look like genuine chips. Meanwhile, the criminal syndicate recruited jobless people in Mainland to perpetrate crime, whom would be given 10 percent of the amount they had cashed out from the chips each time as reward. The syndicate members cashed the non-negotiable chips by way of side-betting at various types of gambling tables. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of criminal syndicate and aggravated fraud and is pursuing those who are still at large.

Entre Junho e Agosto do corrente ano, a PJ recebeu denúncias de três casinos situados na zona do NAPE sobre a detecção de fichas falsificadas. Após averiguações, chegou-se à conclusão que os crimes teriam sido praticados por uma rede da China continental, tendo a PJ identificado 6 dos seus membros. Até 24 de Novembro, 4 dos suspeitos vieram a Macau com outros 2 indivíduos e acabaram por ser detidos naquela noite e na manhã seguinte pelos agentes da PJ, enquanto saíam de Macau. Para além de ter confirmado o envolvimento destes 4 suspeitos nos 3 casos de fichas falsificadas, a PJ descobriu ainda que os mesmos vieram novamente para utilizar fichas falsificadas num outro casino situado na zona do NAPE. Incluindo esta última vez, a rede de burla utilizou um total de 2852 fichas mortas com valor facial de 1000 HK$ em 4 casinos, tendo os mesmos sofrido um prejuízo total de 2,85 milhões de HK$. Conforme o apurado, o cabecilha desta rede fabricou as fichas falsas com um custo de 70 RMB na China continental, tendo acrescentado manchas de sujidade para assemelhar-se às fichas verdadeiras. Além disso, esta rede tem utilizado pessoas desempregadas da China continental, oferecendo-lhes uma renumeração de 10% do valor de numerário conseguido em cada actuação. Os suspeitos foram presentes ao Ministério Público pelos crimes de associação criminosa e burla qualificada e a PJ continua à procura dos outros suspeitos em fuga.
