本年10月19日凌晨，一輛停泊在黑沙環中街咪錶位的輕型私家車被人蓄意毀損，本局接案後隨即展開調查，迅速鎖定四名涉案男子，其後將四人緝捕歸案。據查，其中一名涉案人早前與事主因爭車位而發生爭執，涉案人一直懷恨在心。至案發當日，涉案人發現事主的車輛，便聯同另外三名涉案人以石塊破壞車輛的擋風玻璃、車窗及車身來洩忿。本局將四名嫌犯以加重毀損罪移送檢察院偵辦。
Four Nabbed for Damaging a Car after Parking Space Dispute
In the wee hours of October 19th this year, a car parked at a metered parking space at Rua Central da Areia Preta was sabotaged. Having received the report, the Judiciary Police immediately initiated investigation, swiftly identified four involved men and subsequently brought them to justice. According to investigation, one of the involved men was earlier at odds with the victim over a parking space and thus all along bore a grudge against the victim. On the day this case happened, he found the victim’s car and together with the other three involved men, they damaged the car’s windshield, windows and the body of the car with rocks so as to vent their anger. The Judiciary Police transferred the four suspects to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated damage.

Na madrugada de 19 de Outubro, um automóvel ligeiro estacionado em frente de um parquímetro na Rua Central da Areia Preta, foi danificado de propósito por alguém. Recebida a queixa, os nossos agentes, investigaram de imediato o caso e conseguiram identificar e deter, em pouco tempo, quatro homens alegadamente envolvidos.
Da investigação, apurou-se que um dos detidos, teve uma briga, algum tempo antes, com a vítima por causa da ocupação do estacionamento, até que no dia da ocorrência, o suspeito encontrou o automóvel da vítima e com os outros três, usando pedras, partiram o pára-brisa, às janelas e outras partes do veículo por vingança. Os quatro suspeitos foram presentes ao MP por dano qualificado.
