涉團伙姦劫案 內地漢落網

2010年5月23日及31日，有五至六名內地男子分別行劫黑沙環及筷子基兩個提供按摩的住宅單位。據查，涉案的犯罪集團在報章廣告尋找目標，假扮客人入屋，在肯定單位內沒有其他顧客時，便用木棍等武器威嚇女事主就範，兩案共劫去澳門幣3萬多元。當中黑沙環某單位的劫案中，有3名涉案男子在搶劫後強姦現場兩名女事主，並隨即潛逃內地。本局經調查初步鎖定涉案人，於8月19日下午，趁一名涉案人經關閘入境本澳時將其拘捕，其供稱聯同5名男同鄉一起行劫，但否認曾強姦女事主。本局以犯罪集團和搶劫罪名把其移交檢察院處理，並追緝其餘在逃人士。
Mainland Man Apprehended for Involvement in Gang Robbery and Rape Case
On May 23rd and 31st in 2010, five to six mainland men respectively robbed two apartments, where massage was provided, in Areia Preta and Fai Chi Kei. According to investigation, the criminal syndicate involved first looked for their targets through advertisements in newspaper and gained their entry to such premises by disguising as clients. As soon as they were sure that there was no other client in the apartment, they then threatened and subdued the female victims with wooden rods or other weapons. An amount of more than MOP 30,000.00 was robbed in these cases. As for the case happened in the Areia Preta apartment, the three men involved also raped the female victims after the robbery and immediately fled to mainland China. The Judiciary Police first targeted the perpetrators involved after investigation, then on August 19th afternoon, one of the suspects was apprehended while he was entering Macao through the Border Gates. He confessed committing robbery with five other townsmen but denied raping the victims. He was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office with charges of criminal syndicate and robbery. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police is still pursuing those who are still at large.
Detido um indivíduo da China Continental envolvido num caso de violação e roubo em grupo
Nos dias 23 e 31 de Maio de 2010, 5 ou 6 indivíduos da China Continental assaltaram duas residências onde eram fornecidos serviços de massagens, uma sita na Areia Preta e outra no Fai Chi Kei. De acordo com as investigações, os alvos foram escolhidos entre as publicidades dos jornais e essa alegada rede disfarçava-se de clientes para entrar nos apartamentos-alvos, depois, aproveitando da ausência de outros clientes, usavam paus e outros objectos para ameaçar as vítimas e nessas duas actuações conseguiram mais de trinta mil patacas. No caso que ocorreu na residência da Areia Preta, três indivíduos, depois de terem roubado dinheiro de duas vítimas violaram-nas e fugiram para a China continental. A PJ depois de ter identificado os suspeitos, na tarde do dia 19 de Agosto, conseguiu deter um indivíduo dessa rede quando entrava em Macau pelas Portas do Cerco, o mesmo confessou que actuou juntamente com cinco compatriotas, mas negou ter violado as vítimas. O indivíduo foi presente ao MP, acusado de crime de associação criminosa e de roubo, a investigação continua aberta para descobrir o paradeiro dos fugitivos.
