女子涉誘港漢借高利貸賭博被拘

本局接獲香港警方通知，指先後有兩名男子報案，稱透過互聯網結識一名澳門女子，期後被遊說來澳旅遊，該女子聲稱辦理賭場會籍可獲多項優惠，利誘兩人借錢賭博。其中一人借款五萬港元，被扣起五千元，輸去兩萬多元後返回香港，之後卻被追討十四萬元。另一人借款一萬元，輸光借款返港後被迫簽借據，事主拒絕簽名，結果被搶去身上的相機。
本局經調查拘捕一名21歲女子，發現其自去年五月起伙同數名同黨犯案，並於其手機內發現多名相信為被害人的資料。本局以黑社會、高利貸及勒索等罪名將涉案女子移送檢送院偵辦，現正調查案件是否涉及更多被害人。

The Judiciary Police was informed by the Hong Kong Police Force that two men sequentially reported to the police that they had acquainted with a Macao woman through the Internet who then induced them to travel to Macao. The woman claimed that they could enjoy many privileges by acquiring casino membership and lured them to borrow money for gambling. One of them borrowed HKD50,000, HKD5,000 of which was withheld. Having lost more than HKD20,000, he returned to Hong Kong but was then dunned for HKD140,000. The other man borrowed HKD10,000 and was forced to sign an IOU upon his return to Hong Kong and after losing all the loan. He refused to sign and as a result his camera was snatched. After investigation, the MJP arrested a 21-year-old woman. It was found that she has been engaging in crimes along with several accomplices since May last year. Information of many persons, believed to be victims’, was retrieved from her mobile phone. MJP has transferred the woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for charges of triad crime, loan sharking, blackmail, etc. Currently, investigation is under way to find out if more victims are involved in this case.
Detida uma mulher por ter convencido homens de HK a contrair empréstimo para jogo
A Polícia de Hong Kong comunicou à PJ que dois homens, conheceram uma mulher de Macau na internet, que os convenceu a viajar para Macau, disse-lhes que podiam obter vários benefícios por serem membros de um casino e induziu-os a aceitar um empréstimo para jogar. Um deles, contraiu um empréstimo de 50 mil HK$, tendo-lhe cobrado logo 5000 HK$, depois de ter perdido cerca de 20 mil HK$, voltou para Hong Kong. Contudo, foi-lhe pedido para pagar uma dívida de 140 mil HK$. Outro pediu emprestados 10.000 e perdeu tudo, quando voltou para Hong Kong foi forçado a assinar um certidão de empréstimo, recusou e acabou por ficar sem a câmara que tinha consigo.
A PJ desencadeou uma investigação e deteve uma mulher de 21 anos de idade, esta montou a armadilha, desde Maio do ano passado, em conluio com outros indivíduos, foram encontrados dados pessoais no seu telemóvel que tudo leva a crer serem de várias vítimas. A suspeita foi presente ao MP por associação criminosa, agiotagem e ameaça entre outros, a PJ continua a investigar sobre a existência de outras eventuais vítimas.
