邀請廣東省公安廳專家來澳交流培訓
為提升本局刑事偵查人員調查電訊網絡詐騙犯罪的能力,本局邀請廣東省公安廳兩位專家,包括廣州市公安局刑事警察支隊副中隊長吳雁琛和佛山市公安局刑事警察支隊大隊長李覃川,於2024年2月26日至29日來澳主講“電信網絡詐騙犯罪趨勢淺析”、“電信網絡詐騙實戰案例分析”、“電信網絡詐騙的技術反制及潛在受害人的預警勸阻”等三個專題講座,並與本局相關部門進行業務交流。出席講座的本局人員逾200人次。
Experts from the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department were invited to exchange and provide training in Macao
To enhance the capability of the criminal investigators of the Judiciary Police in investigating telecom and cyber fraud cases, the Judiciary Police invited 2 experts from the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, including Deputy Chief of the Lochus WU Yanchen of the Criminal Police Brigade of Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau and Chief of the Detachment LI Tanchuan of the Criminal Police Brigade of Foshan Municipal Public Security Bureau to give 3 thematic lectures on the topics of “Primary analysis on the crime trend of telecom and cyber fraud”, “Practical case analysis on telecom and cyber fraud”, “Technical countermeasures against telecom and cyber fraud and early warning dissuasion for potential victims” between 26th and 29th February 2024 in Macao, as well as conducting work exchange with the relevant departments of the Judiciary Police. Over 200 person-times of Judiciary Police personnel attended the lectures.
Peritos da Directoria Provincial de Segurança Pública de Guangdong convidados para trocar experiências e realizar acções de formação
Para melhorar a capacidade de investigação do nosso pessoal das burlas em telecomunicações e cibernéticas, dois peritos da Directoria Provincial de Segurança Pública de Guangdong, nomeadamente o vice-chefe do Grupo de Polícia Criminal da Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Guangzhou, WU Yanshen, e o comandante do Grupo de Polícia Criminal da Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Foshan, LI Tanchuan, realizaram a convite da PJ, entre 26 e 29 de Fevereiro de 2024, três palestras temáticas, intituladas “Breve análise sobre a tendência do crime de burla em telecomunicações e cibernética”, “Análise de casos práticos do crime de burla em telecomunicações e cibernética” e “Técnicas de combate ao crime de burla em telecomunicações e cibernética e alerta e dissuasão a potenciais vítimas”. Além disso, os peritos trocaram experiências de trabalho com as diversas subunidades da PJ. As palestras contaram com mais de 200 participantes da PJ.
