本局參與“2023澳門保安部隊及保安部門工作經驗分享會”
為強化警察的責任和擔當,堅定人員的警務理念和核心價值,“2023澳門保安部隊及保安部門工作經驗分享會”於2023年10月17日在澳門保安部隊高等學校舉行,保安司司長黃少澤、警察總局局長梁文昌、澳門海關關長黃文忠,以及保安範疇轄下各部門的領導和人員出席,本局局長薛仲明亦率轄下人員參與。各保安部隊及保安部門共設有15個直播點,以便讓更多人員參與其中,合共660人在現場或透過觀看直播參與是次分享會,其中包括約80名在司警局總部大樓及司法警察學校直播點觀看分享會的本局人員。
八位分別來自警察總局、澳門海關、司法警察局、治安警察局、消防局、懲教管理局、金融情報辦公室等部門的人員先後作出經驗分享,或慷慨、或平實,均細說了各自在工作上的經歷和深刻體會,內容真摯感人。本局龍漢威處長以“反詐防騙 以心牽動”為題,介紹本局的防詐騙工作,特別是針對大學生進行的高校防騙宣傳工作,透過數據及具體案例強調了防止電訊網絡詐騙犯罪是刻不容緩,以及本局因應詐騙犯罪趨勢適時調整預防和打擊策略,全力提升大學生防騙能力。
保安司司長黃少澤總結時肯定舉辦工作經驗分享會的意義,認同通過此方式可建立積極正面的現代警察文化氛圍,確立共同努力的目標和方向。分享者在各自的崗位上都認同自己的工作、認同自己的表現和認同警察這份職業,都投入到自身的工作中,並從中獲得成功感、榮譽感和對部門的歸屬感,這正體現了舉辦工作經驗分享會增強警察信念的目的。最後,司長感謝每位講者的分享,以及保安部隊及保安部門各人員的努力付出,並勉勵各人繼續抱持對工作、家庭和社會的熱愛。
是次工作經驗分享會增強了人員的警察信念和責任意識,有助促進同儕間的交流,喚起人員從警初心,激發對警務工作的熱忱,強化警察精神,盡忠履職,維護好社會安定,用心服務市民。

The Judiciary Police participated in the “Professional Experience-sharing Session of Macao’s Public Security Forces and Security Departments 2023”
To enhance the responsibility and commitment of the police force, and to reinforce the policing concept and core value of personnel, the “Professional Experience-sharing Session of Macao’s Public Security Forces and Security Departments 2023” was held in the Academy of Public Security Forces of Macao on 17th October 2023. It was attended by Secretary for Security WONG Sio Chak, Commissioner General of the Unitary Police Service LEONG Man Cheong, Director General of the Macao Customs Service VONG Man Chong and directorates and personnel from various security departments. Led by Director SIT Chong Meng, personnel of the Judiciary Police participated in the event as well. 15 live-streaming spots were set up at various public security forces and departments to enable the participation of a wider audience. Collectively there were around 660 on-site and live stream viewers, including around 80 staff persons of the Judiciary Police who viewed the session through the live-streaming spots at the Headquarters and the Judiciary Police School.
The eight staff persons from the Unitary Police Service, Macao Customs Service, Judiciary Police, Public Security Police Force, Fire Services Bureau, Correctional Services Bureau and Financial Intelligence Office respectively shared their experience successively, illustrating their respective professional experience and deep insights gained therefrom either vehemently or plainly with sincere and moving contents. Head of Division LONG Hon Wai of the Judiciary Police introduced the anti-fraud tasks undertaken by the Judiciary Police with the theme “Anti-fraud led by the heart”, especially the higher education institutions anti-fraud promotion campaign targeting university students, which by means of statistics and specific cases, emphasised the urgency of preventing telecom and cyber fraud crimes; as well as the timely adjustment of prevention and combat strategy according to the trend of the crime of fraud, sparing no effort in enhancing university students’ anti-fraud capability.
In concluding the session, Secretary for Security WONG Sio Chak recognised the significance of holding the professional experience-sharing session, approving that through which a proactive and positive atmosphere of modern police culture could be built and the goal and direction for collective efforts could be established. The sharers acknowledged their own work, their own performance and their job as a police in their respective posts. Being fully committed in their respective work, in return they gained the sense of accomplishment, sense of honour and sense of belonging to their department. This had precisely exemplified the goal of the professional experience-sharing session – to enhance the ethos of police. Finally, the Secretary for Security expressed his gratitude to each of the speakers for their sharing, as well as to the personnel from various public security forces and departments for their efforts, while encouraging them to continue to embrace their passion for their work, families and the society.
The professional experience-sharing session enhanced the police ethos and the sense of responsibility of the personnel, boosting the exchange between peers, reminding the personnel of their original aspirations of joining the police, arousing their enthusiasm to policing work, strengthening the morale of police – dedicating in fulfilling their jobs, securing the stability of the society and serving the residents wholeheartedly.

A PJ participou no “Encontro de Partilha de Experiências de Trabalho das FSSM para 2023”
A fim de fortalecer os deveres e responsabilidade da polícia, consolidar a filosofia policial e os valores fundamentais do pessoal, no dia 17 de Outubro de 2023, realizou-se, na Escola Superior das Forças de Segurança de Macau, o “Encontro de Partilha de Experiências de Trabalho das FSSM para 2023”. Marcaram presença o Secretário para a Segurança, WONG Sio Chak, o Comandante dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, LEONG Man Cheong, o Director-geral dos Serviços de Alfândega, VONG Man Chong, dirigentes da área da segurança e representantes do pessoal de todos os níveis. O nosso director, SIT Chong Meng, chefiou os seus subordinados para participar no evento. Houve 15 pontos ligados online das Forças e Serviços de Segurança, assim foi possível a participação de um total de cerca de 660 pessoas que assistiram no local e às transmissões ao vivo, incluindo cerca de 80 funcionários da PJ que assistiram nos pontos de transmissão na sede da PJ e na Escola de Polícia Judiciária.
Oito funcionários de diferentes serviços, nomeadamente dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, Serviços de Alfândega, Polícia Judiciária, Corpo de Polícia de Segurança Pública, Corpo de Bombeiros, Direcção dos Serviços Correccionais, Gabinete de Informação Financeira etc., partilharam e abordaram, com generosidade e discreção, as suas experiências ao longo do trabalho e uma compreensão penetrante com conteúdos muito comovente. O nosso chefe de divisão, LONG Hon Wai apresentou as acções anti-burla subordinadas ao tema “prevenção e combate à burla conduzidos pelo coração”, em particular, as acções de sensibilização anti-burla em instituições de ensino superior destinadas aos estudantes universitários, através de dados e casos concretos para salientar que é uma prioridade prevenir burlas em telecomunicações e cibernética, e tendo em conta às tendências dos crimes de burla, a PJ irá melhorar, em tempo oportuno, as estratégias de prevenção e de combate com vista a aumentar a capacidade de prevenção daqueles estudantes.
No balanço, o Secretário para a Segurança, WONG Sio Chak reconheceu o significado do evento, disse acreditar que desta forma pode criar-se uma atmosfera de cultura policial moderna com dinamismo e positividade no sentido de estabelecer objectivos e rumos para os esforços conjuntos. Os oradores identificam-se com o seu trabalho, seu desempenho e sua profissão como polícia em seus respectivos cargos. Todos se dedicam ao seu trabalho e ganham uma sensação de sucesso, honra, sentido de orgulho e de pertença. Isso reflecte o propósito da realização do evento que tem como objectivo reforçar as convicções dos agentes policiais. Por último, o mesmo responsável agradeceu a cada orador pela sua partilha e pelo esforço do pessoal das Forças e Serviços de Segurança, e encorajou todos a continuarem a ter amor pelo trabalho, pela família e pela sociedade.
Esta iniciativa permitiu o aumento da convicção e sentido de responsabilidade do pessoal, o que ajudará a promover a troca entre colegas, a despertar os propósitos originais dos agentes, a estimular o entusiasmo pelo trabalho policial, a fortalecer o espírito policial, a desempenhar fielmente as suas funções e a salvaguardar a estabilidade da sociedade e servir atenciosamente a população.
