“警民合力,全城抗疫”中文徵文及“警民合力,守護澳門”攝影比賽頒獎禮
2021年1月13日,澳門保安部隊及保安部門舉辦的“警民合力,全城抗疫”中文徵文及“警民合力,守護澳門”攝影比賽在保安高校禮堂舉行頒獎禮,典禮由保安司黃少澤司長主持,保安部隊及保安部門的領導、賽事評委、各獎項得獎者,以及高等院校和中學的代表均有出席典禮。
澳門保安部隊及保安部門每年舉辦的中文徵文及攝影比賽,讓警民共同參與,以文字及圖片為媒介,築起文化領域的交流渠道,樹警察新風,並促警民關係,為推動警隊文化建設的工作之一。2020年所辦的兩項比賽,旨在呈現疫情當下,保安部隊及保安部門人員謹守崗位,與民同心同德抗擊疫境,共同守護澳門平安。有關比賽得到參賽者積極參與,合共498人報名。中文徵文比賽共收到378篇作品,攝影比賽共收到371幅作品。參賽作品大多呈現了警察風采和溫暖人心的警民情。
保安高校黃子暉校長於頒獎禮上致辭時表示,這次舉辦的兩項比賽,均以“警民合力”為前提,凸顯在抗疫路上,警民唇齒相依,並肩同行,為戰勝疫情同心協力。本次參賽的作品數量不少、質量頗佳,為社會凝聚正能量,並為堅守在前線的人員打氣加油,以團結抗疫致勝。
保安司黃少澤司長及嘉賓向各得獎者頒發獎項,並作出衷心祝賀,頒獎禮在大合照的融洽氣氛下圓滿結束。出席是次頒獎禮的嘉賓包括澳門警察總局梁文昌局長、澳門海關黃文忠關長、中聯辦警務聯絡部王志剛部長、消防局梁毓森局長、懲教管理局程况明局長、司法警察局薛仲明局長、澳門保安部隊事務局郭鳳美局長、治安警察局吳錦華局長、金融情報辦公室朱婉儀主任,還有澳門寫作學會程祥徽名譽會長、張卓夫理事長、郭濟修副理事長、劉景松理事、黃翊監事,澳門攝影學會馬志信會員大會主席,澳門影友協進會朱劍波會長,澳門沙龍影藝會張振鴻會員大會主席、孔家栢副理事長,以及澳門數碼攝影學會甄國富會員大會主席和施援程理事長。
本局三名人員分別獲得中文徵文比賽內部組優異獎及攝影比賽內部組──相機組別優異獎。

Award Ceremony of “Police and the Public Join Forces to Fight against the Pandemic in Community-wide Efforts” Chinese Essay Writing Competition cum “Police and the Public Safeguard Macao in Concerted Efforts” Photography Competition
On 13th January 2021, the Award Ceremony of “Police and the Public Join Forces to Fight against the Pandemic in Community-wide Efforts” Chinese Essay Writing Competition cum “Police and the Public Safeguard Macao in Concerted Efforts” Photography Competition, organized by the Public Security Forces and Departments of Macao, was held in the Academy of Public Security Forces Auditorium. Officiated by Secretary for Security Wong Sio Chak, the ceremony was also attended by heads of the Public Security Forces and Departments, judging panel of the competitions, winners of various awards, as well as representatives of higher education institutions and secondary schools.
The competitions of Chinese essay writing and photography organized annually by the Public Security Forces and Departments of Macao allowed the police and the public to participate collectively, using words and photos as the medium to build a culture-wise channel of communication, establishing a new police ethos and promoting the police-public relationship, as one of the efforts to advance the nurturing of police culture. The two competitions held in 2020 aimed to present, under the current situation of the pandemic, the steadfastness of the personnel of Public Security Forces and Departments in performing their duties and the concerted efforts to fight against the pandemic with the public, with a view to jointly safeguarding the safety of Macao. The competitions saw an active participation of the entrants, in which a total of 498 individuals had enrolled. A total of 378 entries were received for the Chinese essay writing competition and a total of 371 entries for the photography competition. The entries mostly showcased the police demeanor and heartwarming sentiment between the police and the public.
In his speech at the award ceremony, Director Wong Chi Fai of the Academy of Public Security Forces stated that the two competitions held this time, both based on the premise of “concerted efforts of the police and the public”, highlighted the police-public interdependence on the path of fighting against the pandemic. They worked shoulder to shoulder and pulled together in an effort to triumph over the pandemic. A good number of entries with fairly high quality were collected in these competitions, accumulating positive energy for the society and rooting for the personnel who stood fast on the front line, so as to score success in the fight against the pandemic in solidarity.
Secretary for Security Wong Sio Chak and the guests presented awards to the winners and extended their heartfelt congratulations. The award ceremony was concluded successfully in a harmonious atmosphere with group photo-taking. Guests attended this award ceremony included Commissioner General Leong Man Cheong of the Unitary Police Service, Director-General Vong Man Chong of the Macao Customs Service, Director-General Wang Zhigang of the Police Liaison Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Macao, Commissioner Leong Iok Sam of the Fire Services Bureau, Director Cheng Fong Meng of the Correctional Services Bureau, Director Sit Chong Meng of the Judiciary Police, Director Kok Fong Mei of Macao Public Security Forces Affairs Bureau, Commissioner Ng Kam Wa of the Public Security Police Force, Coordinator Chu Un I of the Financial Intelligence Office, as well as the Honorary Chairman Ching Cheung Fai, President of the Board Cheong Cheok Fu, Vice President of the Board Kuok Chai Sao, Director Lao Keng Chong and Supervisor Wong Iek of “Macao Writing Society” (Associação da Ciência de Composição Literária de Macau), Chairman Ma Chi Son of the General Assembly of the Photographic Society of Macao, Chairman Chu Kim Po of the “Photo-Artistic Club of Macao” (Clube Foto-Artístico de Macau), President of the General Assembly Cheong Chan Hong and Vice President of the Board Kong Ka Pak of the Photography Salon Society of Macao, President of the General Assembly Ian Kuok Fu and Vice President of the Board Si Wun Cheng of the Macao Digital Photography Association.
Three staff members of the Judiciary Police won the Merit Award (Internal Group) of the Chinese essay writing competition and the Merit Award (Internal Group) in Camera Category of the photography competition respectively.

Cerimónia de atribuição de prémios de dois concursos
No dia 13 de Janeiro, no auditório da Escola Superior das Forças de Segurança, teve lugar a cerimónia de atribuição dos prémios do concurso de composição em língua chinesa “Cooperação entre a Polícia e os Cidadãos, Lutar contra a Epidemia em Toda a Cidade” e do concurso de fotografia “União de Esforços entre a Polícia e os Cidadãos, Salvaguardar Macau”, realizada pelas Forças e Serviços de Segurança, a qual foi presidida pelo Secretário para a Segurança, Wong Sio Chak, na presença da direcção das Forças e Serviços de Segurança, os membros do júri dos concursos, os premiados e os representantes das instituições de ensino superior e das escolas secundárias.
Os concursos de composição em língua chinesa e de fotografia são organizados anualmente pelas Forças e Serviços de Segurança de Macau, e permitem a participação seja da polícia que do público. Utilizando palavras e imagens, como meios de comunicação, para construir um canal de troca no domínio da cultura, através do qual se cria um novo estilo para a polícia e se fomenta a relação entre a polícia e os cidadãos, isso faz parte de um dos trabalhos de promoção da cultura das forças de segurança. Os dois concursos realizados em 2020, visam demonstrar que, face à situação causada pela pandemia, o pessoal das forças e serviços de segurança guarda firmemente os seus postos e combate a pandemia com os cidadãos, salvaguardando a segurança de Macau. Houve muitos interessados que se inscreveram nesses concursos, no total 498 pessoas. Foram entregues, respectivamente, 378 trabalhos para o concurso de composição em língua chinesa e 371 trabalhos para o concurso de fotografia. A maioria dos trabalhos apresentados mostra o desempenho da polícia e a relação comovente polícia-cidadão.
Na cerimónia, o Director da Escola Superior das Forças de Segurança de Macau, Wong Chi Fai, no seu discurso, disse que esses dois concursos organizados são baseados no tópico “Cooperação entre a Polícia e os Cidadãos”, destacando que no caminho do combate à epidemia há uma dependência mútua entre polícia e cidadãos, as duas partes caminham lado a lado para vencer a epidemia. Foram entregues muitos trabalhos e de boa qualidade, reúnem energia positiva para a sociedade e transmitem gestos de encorajamento ao pessoal da linha de frente, juntando forças para combater a pandemia.
O Secretário para a Segurança, Wong Sio Chak e os convidados entregaram os prémios aos vencedores e expressaram o seu sincero agrado. A cerimónia de atribuição de prémios terminou, com sucesso, numa atmosfera harmoniosa, com uma fotografia de conjunto. Os convidados presentes nesta cerimónia incluíam: o Comandante-geral dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, Leong Man Cheong, o Director-geral dos Serviços de Alfândega, Vong Man Chong, o Director do Departamento dos Serviços de Ligação para os Assuntos Policiais do Gabinete de Ligação do Governo Popular Central na RAEM, Wang Zhigang, o Comandante do Corpo de Bombeiros, Leong Iok Sam, o Director da Direcção dos Serviços Correccionais, Cheng Fong Meng, o Director da Polícia Judiciária, Sit Chong Meng, a Directora dos Serviços das Forças de Segurança de Macau, Kok Fong Mei, o Comandante do Corpo de Polícia de Segurança Pública, Ng Kam Wa, a Coordenadora do Gabinete de Informação Financeira, Chu Un I, o Presidente Honorífico, Ching Cheung Fai, o Presidente da Direcção, Cheong Cheok Fu, o Vice-Presidente da Direcção, Kuok Chai Sao, o Membro da Direcção, Lao Keng Chong, e o Membro do Conselho Fiscal, Wong Yik, todos da Associação da Ciência de Composição Literária de Macau, bem como o Presidente da Assembleia Geral da Associação Fotográfica de Macau, Ma Chi Son, o Presidente do Clube Foto-Artístico de Macau, Chu Kim Po, o Presidente da Assembleia Geral, Cheong Chan Hong e o Vice-Presidente da Direcção, Hung Ka Pak, ambos da Associação de Salão Fotográfico de Macau, o Presidente da Assembleia Geral, Yen Kuacfu e o Presidente da Direcção, Si Wun Cheng, ambos da Associação de Fotografia Digital de Macau.
Três funcionários da PJ obtiveram menção honrosa no grupo de pessoal do concurso de composição em língua chinesa e no grupo “máquina fotográfica” no concurso de fotografia.
