禁毒委員會一行到訪司法警察局
2020年10月22日下午,澳門禁毒委員會關注青少年毒品問題工作小組、禁毒法執行及跟進小組共21名成員在委員會副主席、社會工作局局長韓衛帶領下到訪司法警察局,與本局局長薛仲明、副局長杜淑森、刑事調查廳廳長黃志康,以及毒品罪案調查處多位主管就本澳禁毒工作進行深入交流,並瞭解本局在刑事鑑定、尤其是毒品檢驗方面的工作情況,以及預防毒品犯罪的社區警務策略和成效。
委員會一行首先到訪刑事技術廳,聽取該廳廳長趙德欽介紹近年本局的刑事鑑定工作情況,並參觀了該廳轄下多個刑事技術單位,深入瞭解本局在物證檢驗鑑定、尤其是毒品及毒物檢驗方面的工作情況。隨後,委員會一行又到本局總部大樓參觀多媒體展覽廳,瞭解本局為預防毒品犯罪的社區警務措施及工作概況。
本局冀透過此次參訪活動,促進禁毒委員會工作小組成員對局方遏止毒品犯罪及刑事鑑定工作的瞭解,從而建立更緊密的合作伙伴關係,共同推動本澳的禁毒工作,防止毒品危害社會。
Delegation of Narcotics Control Committee pays visit to Judiciary Police
On the afternoon of 22nd October 2020, a delegation of 21 members in total, from the Youth Drug Problem Concern Working Group as well as the Anti-Drug Law Enforcement and Follow-up Working Group of the Macao Narcotics Control Committee, led by Vice-Chairman of the Committee cum Director of the Social Welfare Bureau Hon Wai, paid a visit to the Judiciary Police. Together with Director Sit Chong Meng, Deputy Director Tou Sok Sam, Head of Criminal Investigation Department Vong Chi Hong and several supervisors of Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police, they conducted an in-depth exchange on anti-drug work in Macao, and studied the work situation of forensic examination, particularly in the aspect of drug examination of the Judiciary Police as well as the community policing strategy and achievement on the prevention of drug offences.
The Committee Delegation first visited the Forensic Science Department and listened to an introduction given by Head of Department Chio Tak Iam on the work situation of forensic examination of the Judiciary Police in recent years. A visit was also made to various forensic units subordinated to the Department to understand thoroughly the examination and verification of material evidence in the Judiciary Police, especially the work situation in aspects of narcotics and toxicology. Subsequently, the Committee Delegation also went to the Judiciary Police Headquarters Building to visit the multi-media exhibition gallery to learn the community policing measures and work overview for the prevention of drug crimes of the Judiciary Police.
It is hoped that, through this field trip, members of the working groups of the Narcotics Control Committee could further familarise themselves with the suppression of drug offences and forensic examination work of the Judiciary Police, so as to develop a closer co-operative partnership for the joint promotion of anti-drug work and prevention of the scourge of drugs in the society.
Visita à PJ da Comissão de Luta contra a Droga
Na tarde de 22 de Outubro de 2020, 21 membros do Grupo de Trabalho para Acompanhamento da Problemática da Droga dos Jovens e do Grupo de Trabalho para a Execução e Acompanhamento da Lei de Combate à Droga, ambos da Comissão de Luta contra a Droga de Macau, chefiados pelo vice-presidente da comissão também presidente do IAS, Hon Wai, efectuaram uma visita à PJ, na qual trocaram opiniões sobre o trabalho de combate à droga em Macau com o director da PJ Sit Chong Meng, a subdirectora Tou Sok Sam, o chefe do Departamento de Investigação Criminal Vong Chi Hong e vários chefes da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes, bem como inteiraram-se da situação do trabalho da PJ no âmbito da peritagem de ciências forenses, particularmente peritagem de droga, e conheceram as estratégias e a eficácia do policiamento comunitário na área da prevenção dos crimes relacionados com a droga.
A comissão visitou primeiro o Departamento de Ciências Forenses, no qual o chefe de departamento Chio Tak Iam explicou o trabalho de peritagem de ciências forenses efectuado nos últimos anos, bem como visitou várias subunidades daquele departamento para conhecer profundamente a situação do trabalho no âmbito da peritagem de provas materiais, especialmente peritagem de toxicologia. A seguir, a comissão visitou ainda a sala de exposição multimédia no edifício da sede da PJ para conhecer as medidas do policiamento comunitário acerca da prevenção dos crimes ligados à droga e a relativa situação do trabalho.
A PJ espera que através deste evento, os membros dos grupos de trabalho da comissão tenham conseguido conhecer o trabalho da PJ no âmbito do combate a este tipo dos crimes e da peritagem de ciências forenses, de forma a estabelecer uma relação de cooperação mais próxima, promover em conjunto o trabalho de combate à droga em Macau e evitar que a droga cause prejuízos para a sociedade.
