- Two local men arrested for pandering prostitution
兩本澳男子涉淫媒罪法辦
2025年6月3日，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗懷疑淫媒案。本局有組織罪案調查處展開調查，查悉案中印尼籍女事主於2024年7月由中介安排來澳在中區一按摩中心任職按摩技師，同年9月起按摩中心之本澳男東主要求事主向客人提供手淫服務，稱每次可獲150澳門元報酬。事主因需賺取工資繳付中介費及扶養家人而被迫就範。調查發現，自2024年9月起，事主已向逾100名客人提供上述服務，每次均需穿着由按摩中心供應的服裝，完成後憑按摩中心之本澳男經理簽署的紅色收據獲取報酬。
本局人員於2025年7月1日上午採取行動，在涉案按摩中心內檢獲4件服裝、按摩油，以及多張紅色收據等作案工具，將3名職員帶返本局助查，同時在黑沙環區兩個住宅單位內截獲涉案按摩中心東主及經理。
本局根據調查所得，以淫媒罪將兩名涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續調查案件是否涉及更多被害人。
Two local men arrested for pandering prostitution
Launching investigation into a suspected case of pandering prostitution that the Judiciary Police had received from the Public Security Police Force on 3rd June 2025, the Organised Crime Division found that the female victim from Indonesia had been referred by an agent to work as a masseuse at a massage parlour in central district in July 2024. The male owner demanded the victim to masturbate for customers, for a reward of MOP 150 each time, starting from September that year. The victim, having to earn wages to pay agency fees and support her family, was forced to comply. Investigation revealed that the victim had provided over 100 customers with such service since September 2024. She had to wear costumes provided by the massage parlour each time and, upon completing the service, received her reward with a red receipt signed by the local male manager of the massage parlour.
Taking action on the morning of 1st July 2025, the Judiciary Police officers seized crime tools including four sets of costumes, massage oil and several red receipts at the involved massage parlour and took three staff members in for investigation, while intercepting the owner and the manager of the involved massage parlour at two residential apartments in Areia Preta.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved local men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of pandering prostitution, while continuing to investigate if more victims were involved in the case.
