速破搶劫未遂案 中國台灣地區男子就擒
2024年11月3日下午，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗發生於氹仔區的搶劫案。案情顯示，女事主於當日中午賭博後將折合約103.4萬澳門元的財物放在手袋內並離開娛樂場，在途經娛樂場對開街道時，突遭一名男子從後伸手搶奪手袋，事主見狀立即抱緊手袋及高聲喝止，對方見事敗即時逃走並登上的士離去，事主遂報警求助。
本局接報後迅速派出報案及緊急行動中心、博彩罪案調查處以及搶劫罪案調查科人員趕抵現場展開調查，鎖定一名中國台灣地區男子涉案，且查悉其早在事主於娛樂場內賭博期間已一直尾隨窺伺，待事主離開並步行至案發地點時即伸手搶奪事主的手袋，事敗後以的士及娛樂場穿梭巴士等交通工具輾轉逃至澳門區一娛樂場。
本局人員隨即掩至該娛樂場，成功在接報後約2小時將涉案男子緝捕歸案，並在其身上檢獲一柄懷疑作案用的螺絲刀。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫(未遂)及不合理持有武器及其他工具罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Attempted robbery case swiftly cracked, one man from Chinese Taiwan Region arrested
On the afternoon of 3rd November 2024, the Judiciary Police received a robbery case, that had occurred in Taipa district, from the Public Security Police Force. Case details revealed that the female victim, after gambling, had put equivalently around MOP1,034,000 worth of belongings inside her handbag before leaving the casino at noon that day. When she was walking along the street across the casino, a man suddenly snatched her handbag from behind, upon which the victim grabbed it tightly and screamed to slap him down. Knowing his failure, the man fled immediately by taxi, while the victim reported to the police for help.
Upon receipt of the case, the Judiciary Police forthwith dispatched personnel from the Case Reporting and Emergency Operation Centre, the Gaming-related Crimes Division and the Robbery Offences Section to the scene for investigation. One man from Chinese Taiwan Region was identified, who had been sneaking up on the victim all along when she was gambling inside the casino. He waited until the victim left and walked to the crime scene, then speedily snatched the victim’s handbag. After his vain attempt, the man eventually fled to a casino in Macao district by transportation means including taxi and casino shuttle buses.
The Judiciary Police personnel promptly got to the casino, and successfully captured the involved man around 2 hours after receiving the case. A screwdriver, suspected perpetration tool, was seized on him.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of robbery (attempted) and unreasonable possession of arms and other tools.

Na tarde de 3 de Novembro de 2024, recebemos um caso de roubo ocorrido na Taipa transferido pelo CPSP. Conforme a denúncia, naquela tarde, uma mulher, depois de jogar, colocou na mala 1.034.000.00 de patacas e deixou o casino, ao passear nas imediações, aproximou-se, por detrás, um homem que tentou tirar-lhe a mala, mas a vítima segurou-a com força e gritou, o homem viu que não conseguia, apanhou um táxi e desapareceu. A vítima fez queixa à polícia.
Recebida a denúncia, enviámos o pessoal do Núcleo de Denúncias e Intervenção, da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo e da Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo ao local para investigar. Foi identificado um homem da Região de Taiwan supostamente envolvido e também foi apurado que este tinha estado a estudar os movimentos da vítima enquanto esta estava a jogar no casino, quando a vítima saiu do casino aproximou-se dela e actuou. Depois da tentativa falhada utilizou um táxi e o shuttle bus do casino para ir a um casino da península.
O nosso pessoal chegou prontamente ao casino para onde o ladrão se dirigiu e deteve-o, cerca de duas horas depois de ter conhecimento do crime. Na posse do detido foi encontrada uma chave de fendas, utensílio supostamente usado no crime.
Conforme o apurado, o detido foi presente ao MP acusado de roubo (não consumado) e de detenção não justificada de arma e outros instrumentos.
