本澳男女分涉信任之濫用及加重盜竊落網
2024年10月8日晚，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗發生於北區一高層大廈住宅單位的入屋盜竊案。本澳男事主當日凌晨將132部手提電話存放在案發單位後離開，同日晚上再次前往單位時發現貨物全數被盜，損失約26萬港元。
本局搶劫罪案調查科跟進調查，鎖定兩名本澳男女涉案。經查，本局人員發現案發單位為一“水貨”集散點，單位內設有閉路電視監控。當日下午事主要求涉案本澳女子到上址領取30部手提電話運往內地指定收貨點，兩名涉案本澳男女到達上址後，以事主藏在屋外隱蔽處的鎖匙開門進入單位，取走30部手提電話並離開。其後涉案本澳男子帶同貨物在附近街道等候，而涉案本澳女子則聯同其他同黨截斷上址的電力供應並折返單位內盜取其餘102部手提電話，其後兩人將先前提取的30部手提電話轉售予內地一間二手手提電話店，以及將102部手提電話交予其他同黨帶到內地出售。
2024年10月9日凌晨，本局人員在兩名涉案本澳男女經青茂口岸入境時將其截獲，並在兩人身上搜獲懷疑犯罪所得合共逾4萬元人民幣現金。
本局根據調查所得，以信任之濫用罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦，而涉案本澳女子除上述一罪外，亦涉及加重盜竊罪，一併送交檢察院處理，本局並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人及贓物下落。
Local man and woman apprehended for abuse of trust and aggravated theft
On the night of 8th October 2024, the Judiciary Police received from the Public Security Police Force a home burglary case that had taken place in a residential unit of a high-rise building in the Northern district. The local male victim, who had placed 132 mobile phones in the unit where the case took place on the early morning of that day before he left, found that all the goods had been stolen when he re-entered the unit on the night of that day, incurring a loss of around HKD260,000.
The Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police followed up the investigation and identified two local man and woman. Upon investigation, the personnel of the Judiciary Police found that the unit where the case took place was a collecting and distributing point for “parallel trading”, with CCTV set up for surveillance. On the afternoon of that day, the victim requested the involved local woman to take 30 mobile phones from the abovementioned unit and transfer them to the designated collecting point in the mainland. Having arrived at the abovementioned unit, the involved local man and woman opened the door with the key hidden by the victim at a clandestine point outside the house and entered the unit, with 30 mobile phones taken away and left subsequently. After that, the involved local man carried the goods with him and waited at the street nearby, while the involved local woman cut off the power supply of the abovementioned unit with other accomplice before returning to the unit to steal the remaining 102 mobile phones. Later, the duo sold the 30 mobile phones taken earlier to a second-hand mobile phone store in the mainland, while passing the 102 mobile phones to other accomplice to be taken to the mainland for sale.
On the early morning of 9th October 2024, the personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the two involved local man and woman when they entered Macao at the Qingmao Port, with suspected illicit proceeds totalling over RMB40,000 in cash seized on them.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of abuse of trust, while the involved local woman was also transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the abovementioned offence, as well as the offence of aggravated theft. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police will continue to pursue the whereabouts of the remaining involved persons at large and the stolen goods.
Detidos um homem e uma mulher de Macau por abuso de confiança e furto qualificado, respectivamente
Na noite de 8 de Outubro de 2024, a PJ recebeu uma queixa de um furto em residência transferida pelo CPSP, ocorrido num apartamento de um edifício alto da zona norte. Naquela madrugada, a vítima, um residente, colocou 132 telemóveis naquele apartamento e saiu. Na mesma noite, voltou novamente ao local e constatou que os aparelhos tinham sido furtados, o que deu origem a um prejuízo de cerca de HK$ 260.000.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo investigou o caso e identificou um casal de Macau. Apurou-se que o apartamento era um posto de recolha e distribuição para “comércio paralelo” onde estão instaladas câmaras de videovigilância. Na tarde da queixa, a vítima pediu à mulher suspeita que se dirigisse ao apartamento e retirasse os 30 telemóveis para depois serem transportados para um local de recepção indicado na China continental. A suspeita e um outro homem de Macau entraram no apartamento com uma chave que estava guardada, pela vítima, num sítio escondido no exterior da fracção, onde retiraram os 30 telemóveis e saíram. Pouco depois, o homem com ficou à espera, com os aparelhos, nas imediações, enquanto a mulher em conluio com outros cúmplices cortaram a electricidade do apartamento e voltaram ao local onde furtaram os restantes 102 telemóveis. Mais tarde, o casal vendeu aqueles 30 telemóveis a uma loja de telemóveis usados da China continental e entregou os restantes aos cúmplices para os venderem.
Na madrugada seguinte, o nosso pessoal deteve o casal ao entrar para Macau pelo Posto Fronteiriço Qingmao, foram encontrados na sua posse 40.000 renminbis, dinheiro supostamente proveniente do crime.
Conforme apurado, o detido foi presente ao MP acusado de abuso de confiança enquanto que a detida pelo mesmo crime e também por furto qualificado. A PJ continua à procura dos outros cúmplices em fuga e dos objectos furtados.
