本澳男子涉相當巨額詐騙就逮
2024年9月，本局先後接獲四名本澳男事主報案，四人均報稱被一名男子以租賃的士為由詐騙，合共損失約578,800澳門元。
本局經濟罪案調查處展開調查，發現涉案本澳男子與其中兩名事主為多年朋友。2023年10月，涉案本澳男子游說首名事主投資貿易生意，首名事主相信並交付39萬澳門元，其後涉案本澳男子以各種藉口拖延，並提出向首名事主出租自己名下的士30個月以抵償上述投資款項，惟涉案本澳男子最終沒有交出的士。次名事主亦受涉案本澳男子游說租賃的士30個月而向對方交付128,800澳門元租金，最終對方並無交出的士並以不同藉口推搪退款。而其餘兩名事主均經由社交群組向涉案本澳男子租賃的士並各自繳付3萬澳門元按金後發現被騙。
2024年10月8日，本局人員在涉案本澳男子住所內將其截獲。經查，涉案本澳男子承認犯案，供稱其因欠債早已將名下的士抵押，根本無法使用或出租有關的士，而詐騙所得款項已全數用於賭博並輸光。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（相當巨額）罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Macao man nabbed for involvement in fraud of considerably huge amount
In September 2024, the Judiciary Police received reports from four Macao men in succession. The quartet all reported to be defrauded by a man on the pretext of taxi rental, incurring a loss of approximately MOP578,800 in total.
The Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation, and found that, the involved Macao man had been a friend of two of the victims for many years. In October 2023, the involved Macao man lobbied the first victim to invest in a trading business. The first victim believed in the involved Macao man and handed in MOP390,000. Subsequently, the involved Macao man used various excuses to procrastinate, and offered to lease the victim a taxi under his name for 30 months to offset the aforesaid investment. Yet, the involved Macao man did not hand over the taxi in the end. The second victim was also lobbied by the involved Macao man to rent a taxi for 30 months and paid him a rental of MOP128,800. Ultimately, the other party did not hand over the taxi and used various excuses to put off refunding the victim. The other two victims rented the taxi from the involved Macao man through a social networking group, with each paying a deposit of MOP30,000 before realising that they had been defrauded.
On 8th October 2024, personnel of the Judiciary Police had the involved Macao man nabbed inside his residence. Upon investigation, the involved Macao man admitted that he had committed the crime, and confessed that, he had already mortgaged his taxi due to his debts, and thus unable to use or lease the relevant taxi, whilst the fraud proceeds had already been used entirely for gambling and lost.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Macao man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud (considerably huge amount).
Detido um residente de Macau por burla de valor consideravelmente elevado
Em Setembro de 2024, a PJ recebeu as denúncias apresentadas por quatro homens de Macau, alegando terem sido burlados por um indivíduo no aluguer de táxi, num prejuízo total de 578.800 patacas.
Na investigação, a Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos apurou que o indivíduo em causa e duas das vítimas conheciam-se há muitos anos. Em Outubro de 2023, a primeira vítima foi convencida a investir num negócio e entregou ao indivíduo 390.000 patacas. Posteriormente, o homem usou diversos pretextos para adiar o compromisso, no fim, propôs à primeira vítima o aluguer de um táxi que estava em seu nome por trinta meses para compensar o investimento feito, mesmo assim o indivíduo acabou por não entregar o seu táxi. A segunda vítima foi também convencida pelo mesmo indivíduo, com o negócio falso de aluguer de táxi durante 30 meses e pagou ao indivíduo uma renda no valor de 128.800 patacas. No fim, o homem não entregou o táxi e usou diferentes pretextos para adiar o reembolso à segunda vítima. As outras duas vítimas alugaram o táxi do indivíduo através de um grupo numa rede social, cada uma pagou um depósito de 30.000 patacas e depois percebeu que tinha sido burlada.
Em 8 de Outubro de 2024, o suspeito foi detido na sua residência. Na investigação, o detido admitiu a prática do crime e confessou ter hipotecado o táxi que estava em seu nome por causa de dívidas e não podia mais usar ou alugar o táxi em questão. O dinheiro obtido no crime foi todo perdido ao jogo.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por burla de valor consideravelmente elevado.
