搗破跨境販毒團伙 四嫌落網
近日本局毒品罪案調查處人員主動深入社區搜集涉毒情報，得悉有香港居民偷運“冰”毒來澳販賣，同時有菲律賓籍人士在本澳販毒，經調查後發現兩名涉案香港男子於2024年10月23日下午經港珠澳大橋口岸入境，隨即進行部署，於同日傍晚在中區一賓館房間內截獲四名涉案男子，包括上述兩名香港男子，以及兩名準備交收毒品的菲律賓籍男子，並當場搜獲七包共重約107.55克、約值33萬澳門元的“冰”毒。經查，四名涉案男子之尿液樣本均對毒品呈陽性反應。
是次行動成功搗破一個在本澳販毒的香港團伙，阻截了大批毒品流入市面。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將四名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Cross-border drug trafficking syndicate busted with four suspects nabbed
Recently, personnel of the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police took the initiative to reach out to the community to collect drug-related intelligence, and learnt that, there were Hong Kong residents smuggling the drug “ice” for sale in Macao. Meanwhile, there were Filipinos engaging in drug trafficking in Macao. Upon investigation, it was found that, two involved Hong Kong men entered the territory via Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port on the afternoon of 23rd October 2024. Deployment was mounted immediately. On the evening of the same day, four involved men were intercepted inside a room of a guesthouse in the Central District, including the two aforesaid Hong Kong men, as well as two Filipino men who were about to engage in a drug deal. Seven packets of the drug “ice”, weighing around 107.55 grams in total and valuing at approximately MOP330,000, were seized at the scene. Upon investigation, it was found that, the urine samples of the 4 involved men all tested positive for drugs.
During this operation, a Hong Kong syndicate engaging in drug trafficking in Macao was successfully cracked down, intercepting large quantities of drugs from entering the market.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the four involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and illicit consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
Desmantelado um grupo criminoso de tráfico de droga transfronteiriço e detidos quatro suspeitos
O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes tomou a iniciativa recolher informações sobre droga no seio da comunidade, soube que alguns residentes de Hong Kong estariam a transportar ilegalmente “ice” para ser vendida em Macau, simultaneamente, soube da existência de filipinos a vendê-la no território. Na investigação, apurou-se que dois homens de Hong Kong, envolvidos no caso, entraram no território na tarde de 23 de Outubro de 2024, através do Posto Fronteiriço da Ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau, fizeram-se imediatamente planos e foram detidosa quatro susepitos num quarto de uma pensão da zona central, no fim da mesma tarde, eram os referidos dois homens de Hong Kong e dois filipinos que estavam preparados para a entrega da droga, foram ainda apreendidos no local sete pacotes de “ice” com 107,55 gramas no total, cujo valor ronda as 330.000 patacas. Na investigação, o teste à urina dos quatro envolvidos resultou positivo à droga.
Nesta operação, conseguiu-se desmantelar um grupo de Hong Kong que traficava droga em Macau, e impedir a entrada no mercado de uma quantidade considerável de droga.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, os quatro detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas.
