本地漢涉多宗店舖爆竊案被拘
2024年10月13日及20日，本局接獲治安警察局轉交兩宗發生於新口岸區的店舖盜竊案，案中兩間店舖均於凌晨時分遭賊人撬毀捲閘鎖頭及店內收銀機，分別損失975澳門元及折合約3,954澳門元的現金。
本局侵犯財物罪案調查科查悉兩宗案件均為同一名本澳男子所為，其作案時戴上帽子及口罩，以圖干擾警方追查。10月21日中午，本局人員在路環將其截獲，並在其住所內搜獲其作案時所穿衣物。經查，涉案本澳男子除上述兩案外，亦涉及同日凌晨荷蘭園區一店舖遭爆竊並損失3,500澳門元的案件。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查涉案贓款下落。
Local man arrested for burgling several stores
The Judiciary Police received from the Public Security Police Force two cases of store burglary that took place in ZAPE on 13th and 20th October 2024, in which the lock of the roller shutter and cash register of both stores had been pried open during wee hours, incurring losses of MOP 975 and an equivalent of around MOP 3,954 in cash respectively.
The Section for Offences against Property of the Judiciary Police found that both cases had been committed by the same local man, who had worn a hat and mask during his perpetration in an attempt to evade police investigation. At noon of October 21st, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted him in Coloane, seizing the clothes worn during the perpetration at his residence. The involved local man was found, in addition to the aforesaid two cases, to have burgled and stolen MOP 3,500 from a store on Avenida do Conselheiro Ferreira de Almeida that had taken place in the early hours that day.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the involved stolen proceeds.
Detido um residente envolvido em vários casos de arrombamento em lojas.
Nos dias 13 e 20 de Outubro, recebemos dois casos de furto em lojas ocorridos na zona do ZAPE transferidos pelo CPSP. As fechaduras dos portões de enrolar e as caixas das duas lojas foram arrombadas durante o período da madrugada, dos quais registaram-se prejuízos de 975 patacas e de 3.954 patacas, respectivamente.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Propriedade da PJ realizou a investigação e verificou que ambos os casos tinham sido cometidos por um mesmo homem residente, que usava um boné e uma máscara durante a prática do crime para dificultar a investigação. Ao meio-dia de 21 de Outubro, os nossos agentes acabaram por deter o suspeito em Coloane, encontraram na sua residência a roupa que usou durante o crime. Nas averiguações, verificamos que o suspeito, para além destes dois casos, encontra-se ainda envolvido num outro caso de arrombamento em loja ocorrido na zona do Conselheiro Ferreira de Almeida na mesma madrugada, que registou um prejuízo de 3.500 patacas.
Com base nos resultados da investigação, o detido foi presente ao MP pelo crime de furto qualificado. A PJ continua a investigar o destino do dinheiro furtado.
