兩內地漢分涉搶劫、剝奪他人行動自由及強姦法辦
2024年10月13日，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗發生在路氹城區一酒店房間內的搶劫及強姦案。案情顯示，10月12日下午，次名涉案內地男子藉詞送禮將事主誘騙至案發房間，此時首名涉案內地男子突然從洗手間撲出，從後掐住事主頸項，再以浴袍腰帶綑綁其雙手，迫令其交出身上約11,000港元現金及籌碼，以及透露電子支付與銀行帳戶轉帳密碼，否則將其殺害。事主因擔心生命安全而就範。其後兩名涉案內地男子輪流將事主禁錮在房間內，首名涉案內地男子以事主的手提電話進行操作轉走款項，並在次名涉案內地男子離開房間時兩度強姦事主。10月13日早上，事主乘兩名涉案內地男子不察，伺機逃出房間並向酒店保安員求助。
本局搶劫罪案調查科跟進調查，發現事主的手提電話於案發期間曾向首名涉案內地男子轉帳人民幣24,000多元。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫及剝奪他人行動自由等罪將次名涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，而首名涉案內地男子除上述兩罪外，亦涉及強姦罪，一併送交檢察院處理。
Two mainland men apprehended for robbery, deprivation of others’ freedom of movement and rape respectively
On 13th October 2024, the Judiciary Police received a case of robbery and rape, that had taken place in a hotel room in the Cotai District, from the Public Security Police Force. Case details revealed that on the afternoon of October 12th, the second involved mainland man lured the victim to the room where the case took place under the pretext of giving her gifts. At that moment, the first involved mainland man suddenly jumped out from the washroom and grabbed the victim’s neck from behind, binding her hands with a bathrobe belt and forcing her to hand out cash and chips of around HKD11,000 on her. In addition, she was forced to disclose the transaction passwords of her electronic payment and bank account, or else she would be killed. The victim, who was worried about the safety of her life, succumbed to the demand. After that, the two involved mainland men took turns to imprison the victim in the room. The first involved mainland man conducted fund transfers with the victim’s mobile phone and raped the victim twice while the second involved mainland man was not in the room. On the morning of October 13th, while the two involved mainland men were unaware of her, the victim seized the opportunity to flee the room and seek help from the hotel security guard.
The Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police followed up the investigation and found that a transfer of more than RMB24,000 had been made to the first involved mainland man with the victim’s mobile phone when the case took place.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the second involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery and deprivation of others’ freedom of movement, while the first involved mainland man was also transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the abovementioned two offences, as well as the offence of rape.
Detidos dois homens da China continental por roubo, sequestro e violação
Em 13 de Outubro de 2024, a PJ recebeu uma queixa de roubo e violação ocorridos num quarto de hotel do COTAI transferida pelo CPSP. Apurou-se que um indivíduo do continente, convidou a vítima, na tarde de 12 de Outubro, para oferecer-lhe prendas no quarto de hotel, quando estes entraram no quarto, o outro suspeito, também do continente, saiu de repente da casa de banho e apertou o pescoço da vítima, atou-lha as mãos com o cinto de roupão, forçando-lha a entregar dinheiro e fichas no valor de 11.000 HKD, bem como a senha do pagamento digital e da conta bancária, com a ameaças de morte. A vítima, por medo, deu o que lhe pediram. Os dois vigiaram a vítima no quarto a turnos, o primeiro utilizou o telemóvel da vítima para transferir dinheiro e violou-a duas vezes quando o segundo tinha-se ausentado. Na manhã de 13 de Outubro, a vítima aproveitou a distracção dos dois, saiu do quarto e pediu ajuda ao pessoal da segurança do hotel.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo iniciou a investigação, descobriu-se que, durante a ocorrência deste caso, o telemóvel da vítima tinha registado uma transferência de mais de 24.000 renminbis para a conta do primeiro suspeito.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, os dois detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por crime de roubo e sequestro, e um dos dois, também por violação.
