本澳女子涉加重盜竊罪被拘
2024年10月4日，本局接獲路氹城區一娛樂場舉報，指一名本澳女莊荷於當值期間盜取賭枱珠盤內的籌碼。
本局博彩罪案調查處展開調查，發現涉案本澳女子於10月3日晚先後兩次於工作期間盜取當值賭枱珠盤內合共兩個1萬港元籌碼，其後於10月4日凌晨在另一張賭枱當值期間企圖以同樣手法行竊時遭揭發。經查，涉案本澳女子多次於工作期間犯案，每次盜取1至2個面值1萬港元的籌碼，至今合共盜取約60萬港元籌碼，而本局人員分別於其身上、娛樂場儲物櫃及住所內搜獲合共20萬港元籌碼。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案本澳女子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查其餘贓款去向。
Macao woman arrested for aggravated theft
On 4th October 2024, the Judiciary Police received a report from a casino in the Cotai district, alleging that a local female croupier had stolen the chips from a chip tray on the gambling table while on duty.
The Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police initiated investigation and found that the involved local woman had stolen a total of two HKD10,000 chips from the chip tray of the gambling table, at which she was on duty, on two separate occasions while at work on the night of October 3rd. Subsequently in the wee hours of October 4th, she was caught attempting to commit theft with the same modus operandi at another gambling table while on duty. Investigation revealed that the involved Macao woman had committed the crime on multiple occasions while at work, each time stealing one to two chips with a face value of HKD10,000. She had so far stolen a total of approximately HKD600,000 of chips, while the Judiciary Police personnel seized a total of HKD200,000 of chips from her, inside the locker of the casino and her residence respectively.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Macao woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the remaining illicit proceeds.
Detida uma residente por furto qualificado
Em 4 de Outubro de 2024, recebemos a denúncia de um casino do Cotai, na qual dizia que uma croupier, residente de Macau, durante o seu turno de trabalho tinha furtado fichas que se encontravam na mesa de jogo.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos iniciou a investigação e apurou que a referida mulher em 3 de Outubro, durante o serviço, furtou duas vezes fichas que se encontravam na mesa de jogo, tratava-se de duas fichas de 10.000 HKD. Na madrugada de 4 de Outubro, a mulher, quando tentou furtar da mesma forma, fichas da mesa, foi apanhada. Na investigação foi apurado que a detida tinha actuado várias vezes durante o seu trabalho, em cada ocasião furtava 1 a 2 fichas com valor facial de 10.000 HKD, até à data tinha furtado cerca de 600.000 HKD de fichas. O nosso pessoal apreendeu, na posse dela, no seu cacifo do casino e na sua residência, um total de 200.000 HKD em fichas.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, a detida foi presente ao Ministério Público. A PJ vai continuar à procura do restante dinheiro furtado.
