偵破入屋盜竊案 兩內地漢落網
2024年9月21日晚，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗發生於黑沙環區一高層大廈的爆竊案。案情顯示，事主於9月19日傍晚離家外出，至20日凌晨其家人回家時發現單位鐵閘鎖膽鬆脫但仍可使用，故不以為意，直至21日早上事主點算財物時發現存放於一個上鎖抽屜內折合約3.2萬澳門元的現金不翼而飛，懷疑遭賊人入屋盜竊。
本局搶劫罪案調查科展開調查，發現三名涉案男子分別尾隨住客潛入大廈，以硬物撬毀單位大門門鎖後入內盜竊，作案後與一名涉案女子會合並逃離本澳。2024年10月1日晚，兩名涉案內地男子經港珠澳大橋口岸入境時被截獲。據查，四名涉案男女於本澳逗留期間曾前往多區約10幢唐樓懷疑進行踩點，而相關大廈暫未有盜竊案發生。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將兩名涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Two mainland Chinese men arrested in crackdown of home burglary case
The Judiciary Police received from the Public Security Police Force a report of burglary that had taken place in a high-rise building in Areia Preta on the evening of 21st September 2024. Case information suggested that the victim had left home at dusk on September 19th. When his family returned home early next morning, they found that the lock cylinder of the apartment metal gate had come loose but was still working, hence their neglect to it. Only when the victim counted his property on the morning of September 21st did he realise an equivalent of around MOP 32,000 in cash in a locked drawer had gone missing, causing suspicion of his home having been burglarised.
Launching investigation, the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police found that three involved men had respectively tailed occupants to enter the building and broken into the apartment by prying open its door lock with hard objects. They had met with the involved woman after their perpetration, shortly before fleeing Macao. Two of the involved mainland Chinese men were intercepted during their entry via Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port on the evening of 1st October 2024. The four involved persons were suspected to have, during their stay in Macao, scouted around 10 tenement buildings in various districts, none of which had been burglarised.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved mainland Chinese men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons on the run.
Resolvido um caso de furto em residência e detidos dois homens do continente
Na noite do dia 21 de Setembro de 2024, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de furto em residência, ocorrido num prédio na zona da Areia Preta, transferido pelo CPSP. Segundo o que foi apurado, a vítima saiu de casa na noite de 19 de Setembro. Quando a sua família regressou a casa na madrugada do dia 20 de Setembro, constatou que o cilindro de fechadura da porta de ferro estava solto, mas ainda podia ser usado, daí não deu mais atenção. Só na manhã seguinte, quando a vítima verificou os seus pertences, é que conta de que cerca de 32.000 patacas guardadas numa gaveta trancada com a chave tinham desaparecido, percebeu assim que tinha sido alvo de furto.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo iniciou a investigação, e apurou que três homens suspeitos seguiram alguns moradores para entrarem no edifício, e arrombaram a fechadura da porta com objectos duros, depois entraram e furtaram o apartamento. Após o furto, os três reuniram-se com uma mulher e fugiram de Macau. Na noite de 1 de Outubro de 2024, dois dos homens suspeitos foram detidos quando entravam pelo posto fronteiriço da Ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau. De acordo com a investigação, durante a sua estadia em Macau, os quatro foram a cerca de dez prédios antigos em várias zonas de Macau para uma “visita de preparação”. Por enquanto, não houve casos de furto nesses prédios antigos.
Com base no que foi apurado, os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por furto qualificado, a PJ continua à procura dos outros suspeitos em fuga.
