內地漢涉藉出售賽事門票行騙法辦
2024年4月21日晚，本局接獲11名內地女事主報案，稱遭人藉兜售體育比賽門票詐騙46,350元人民幣。案情顯示，各事主欲於4月21日赴澳觀賞體育比賽，於網上社交平台尋得出售相關賽事門票之帖文並聯絡賣家後，各人分別支付2,800元至8,000元人民幣不等的購票費。當日下午，各人先後到達比賽場地檢票口外與涉案內地男子及在逃涉案女子會合，涉案內地男子乘工作人員不察時讓各事主進入會場，惟各人在場內被揭發沒有持票，欲聯絡涉案男女不果，懷疑被騙故報警求助。
2024年9月23日，本局經濟罪案調查處人員在治安警察局協助下，於關閘口岸截獲涉案內地男子。經查，涉案內地男子聯同在逃涉案人向各事主收取費用，以及帶領各事主到比賽場地工作人員通道，其後伺機逃去。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（巨額）罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Mainland Chinese man brought to justice for fraudulent sales of event tickets
Eleven female victims from mainland China reported to the Judiciary Police on the evening of 21st April 2024 that they had been defrauded of RMB 46,350 on the pretext of selling sporting events tickets. Case details suggested that the victims, having planned to come to Macao to watch a sports event on April 21st, came across a post selling such tickets on a social media platform and contacted the buyer, to whom they paid ticketing fees ranging from RMB 2,800 to 8,000 respectively. That afternoon, they arrived at the ticket gate of the event venue, where they met with the involved mainland Chinese man and the involved woman at large. The involved mainland Chinese man let the victims enter the venue when the staff was not looking. When the victims were found to have entered the venue without tickets and tried in vain to contact the involved persons, they suspected of being defrauded and reported to the police.
With the assistance of the Public Security Police Force, the Economic Crimes Division officers of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved mainland Chinese man at Portas do Cerco on 23rd September 2024. He was found to have conspired with other involved persons at large to collect fees from the victims, who were then led to the venue staff access, before fleeing.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland Chinese man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of fraud (massive amount), while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons at large.
Detido um homem do continente por burla com venda de bilhetes para competições
Na noite de 21 de Abril de 2024, recebemos a denúncia de onze mulheres do continente, na qual dizima que tinham sido burladas no valor de 463.500 RMB na compra de bilhetes para competições desportivas. Conforme os detalhes do caso, as vítimas queriam assistir a competições desportivas em Macau e encontraram um post numa plataforma social sobre a venda de bilhetes para este evento. Assim, entraram em contacto com o vendedor e pagaram, respectivamente, entre 2.800 e 8.000 RMB para os bilhetes. Na mesma tarde, foram ter com o suspeito e uma outra mulher, agora em fuga, junto do ponto de verificação dos bilhetes. O homem aproveitou a distração dos funcionários do evento e conseguiu fazer as vítimas entrarem no local da realização. Posteriormente, quando se descobriu que as vítimas entraram sem bilhetes, as mesmas tentaram contactar os dois suspeitos, mas sem sucesso. Desconfiaram assim que tinham sido burladas e denunciaram o caso à polícia.
No dia 23 de Setembro de 2024, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos da PJ, com a colaboração do CPSP, deteve o homem no posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco. No interrogatório verificou-se que o detido e a cúmplice em fuga receberam o dinheiro das vítimas, depois levaram-nas para o local através do acesso dos funcionários e fugiram.
Com base nos resultados da investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por burla de valor elevado. A PJ continua à procura da cúmplice em fuga.
