內地男子涉巨額信任之濫用及虛構犯罪被拘
2024年9月22日晚，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗案件，一名內地男子報稱在路氹城區一酒店房間內被人劫去9.5萬港元現金，惟經本局搶劫罪案調查科調查分析後，發現有人涉嫌虛構犯罪。
案情顯示，內地男事主於當日早上在案發酒店內將一個載有9.5萬港元現金的背包交予涉案內地男子保管，同日晚上事主返回房間欲取回背包和款項時，涉案內地男子訛稱款項遭人闖入房間劫去，事主遂報警求助。經查，涉案內地男子挪用其中的6萬港元，並聲稱已用作還債，而其餘3.5萬港元則於其身上搜獲。
本局根據調查所得，以信任之濫用（巨額）罪及虛構犯罪罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man apprehended for abuse of trust of huge amount and fabrication of crime
On the night of 22nd September 2024, the Judiciary Police received a case transferred by the Public Security Police Force in which a mainland man reported that he had been robbed of cash of HKD95,000 in a hotel room in the Cotai district. However, investigation and analysis conducted by the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police indicated that someone was suspected of fabrication of crime.
Case details revealed that the mainland male victim had handed a backpack containing cash of HKD95,000 to the involved mainland man in the involved hotel for safe-keeping on the morning of that day. When the victim returned to the room on that night to get back the backpack and the money, the involved mainland man falsely claimed that the money had been robbed by an intruder and the victim thus reported to the police for help. Investigation revealed that the involved mainland man had misappropriated HKD60,000 from the fund and claimed to have spent it away on debt repayment, while the remaining HKD35,000 was seized on him.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of abuse of trust (huge amount) and fabrication of crime.
Detido um homem do continente por abuso de confiança em valor elevado e simulação de crime
Na noite de 22 de Setembro de 2024, recebemos uma denúncia transferida pelo CPSP, onde um homem, do continente, alegou ter sido roubado em 95.000 HKD no quarto dum hotel do COTAI. No entanto, após averiguações, o pessoal da Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo suspeitou de uma simulação de crime.
Conforme os detalhes do caso, naquela manhã, a vítima entregou, no hotel em causa, uma mochila com 95.000 HKD a outro homem do continente para ficar sob a sua guarda. Contudo, naquela noite, quando a vítima regressou ao quarto do hotel para buscar a mochila e o dinheiro, o outro disse-lhe que tinha sido roubado, pelo que a vítima denunciou o caso à polícia. Feitas as averiguações, verificou-se que o suspeito usou 60.000 HKD do dinheiro roubado para pagar dívidas, as restantes 35.000 HKD foram encontradas na sua posse.
Conforme os resultados da investigação, o detido foi presente ao MP pelos crimes de abuso de confiança em valor elevado e simulação de crime.
